( Towards the Exit ) :;
... As Siri walked towards the exit, her bodyguard and driver followed closely behind.
They navigated through the crowded hallway, weaving past shoppers and diners.
Once they reached the exit, they pushed through the doors and stepped out into the warm evening air.
The parking lot was bustling with activity, cars coming and going in every direction. Siri's driver led the way, expertly navigating through the crowds to their waiting car.
As they approached the car, Siri turned to her driver. "I'll carry it myself."
The driver, who was holding the bag containing the desserts , looked at Siri uncertainly. But Siri insisted, holding out her hand for the bag.
The driver reluctantly handed it over, and Siri took the bag, feeling the weight of the desserts inside.
With the bag securely in her grasp, Siri opened the car door and slid into the luxurious interior. She placed her stuffed Rabbit and the bag of desserts on the seat next to her, making sure it was secure.
"Take me home," Siri instructed, her voice firm but polite.
The driver nodded and started the engine, easing the car out of the parking lot and into the evening traffic.
As they drove, Siri's phone buzzed with an incoming message from Yai. Siri's eyes scanned the screen.
" Nong Fah, where are you " Yai message read
" Yot misses you, Nong Fah " the message continues
Siri's face immediately brought out a gentle smile as she reads the message
" Really, I will be back soon, I'm on my way " Siri replies
" Ok, we will be waiting then " Yai message reads
" Kun Yai, is Mae ... at home?" Siri typed out, referring to her mother.
Yai's response came quickly. "Khun Yai just informed us , that She won't be coming home today. She might come back tomorrow, "
Siri's expression turned thoughtful as she processed the information. She typed out a quick response. "Okay, Kun Yai. I'm on my way home now "
" Ok Nong Fah, see you soon " Yai texted And then the conversation came to an end.
Siri's gaze drifted to the dessert in the bag. She stared at the bag of desserts , before gazing back at her phone.
Siri's eyes scanned the time on her phone: 12 : 30 PM. She sighed, feeling a mix of relief and exhaustion. With a swift motion, she switched off her phone, plunging the screen into darkness.
As Nat checked the time on his phone - 12:31 PM - the car turned into the driveway of his luxurious mansion.
The grand entrance loomed before him, its classical architecture and immaculately manicured lawns exuding an air of opulence.
The guard, dressed in a crisp uniform, emerged from the gatehouse and politely bowed slightly as he opened the gates. The car glided smoothly through the entrance and came to a stop in front of the mansion.
Nat quickly opened the door, but instead of stepping out, he paused, sitting back down in his seat. He turned to face the driver, his eyes locked intensely on the rearview mirror.
"Don't mention anything about today," Nat instructed, his voice firm and commanding.
The driver nodded, his expression neutral. "Yes, Nong Nat."
Nat's gaze lingered on the driver for a moment before he turned back to the door, opening it once more. This time, he stepped out of the car, his eyes scanning the facade of the mansion.
He rushed towards the entrance, his footsteps echoing on the marble floor as he entered the mansion. The interior was opulent, with crystal chandeliers and intricately carved wooden panels.
As he entered the living room, he saw his sister, Nun, sitting anxiously on the couch, wearing her pyjamas. She was facing away from him, her eyes fixed on her phone.
The maid, who was standing nearby, turned to greet Nat. "Sawatdee, Nong Nat," she said, bowing her head.
Nat bowed his head slightly in response, his eyes fixed on his sister's back.
Nun heard the maid's greeting and turned around, her eyes widening as she saw her brother standing there. She quickly set her phone aside and rushed towards him.
"Where have you been?" Nun asked, her voice tinged with a hint of reproach.
Nat hesitated, unsure of how much to reveal. "I had something to do ," he said finally, his voice casual.
Nun's eyes narrowed. "Mom and Dad will be here soon," she warned. "You should go and change quickly."
He nodded, his expression resigned. "I'll go and take a shower," he said, already heading towards the staircase, .
"Hurry up!" Nun called after him. "They'll be here any minute!"
" Okay I won't take long " Nat anxiously replies As he headed up the intricately carved staircase in haste, Nun's gaze followed him....
