SO NOW WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Ricky annoyingly covered Cedric's mouth with his right hand. He then took a deep breath to release his frustration. This man is so obsessed with Ricky.

"Mr. Lopez, it seems like you're blinded by your own obsession." Ricky started talking. "First, you maybe came back to your past but it doesn't mean that you can do everything's right. Because you already lost your chance."

Cedric removed his hand and placed it between them. "The hell are you talking?" Even he's annoyed, he still tried to remain calm.

"What am saying is, Ricky is no longer in this time. This body remains but, I am not Ricky. I am, Daveryl Ortega. The one who you should protect in this life is no longer here. He died in that place, together with his broken heart. And the reason of all of that is you, Mr. Lopez." Ricky paused to stroke his hair. "So even if you tried to force yourself to repay your sin, to repay your lacking in protecting, to repay the love you've lost, it's all useless. The real Ricky will never see or feel those."

A long silence. Ricky could feel the trembling body of Cedric. He knows without asking, Cedric suddenly realized it now.

What purpose of being obsessed with only the body when the person you should obsessed with, are no longer here? If Cedric wants to repay Ricky, why not protecting his father instead? In that way, at least, he did everything he can to repay his man. Maybe Ricky can forgive him if he did that, yes?

"You're right.." Cedric mumbled after a while.

Ricky finally breath of relief. Now that they settled everything between them, then they can finally do the the investigation without hassle? It's an investigation about Cedric's father's hate for Sebastian, and also about Doctor Austria's plans.

"I know.. So we need to focus on how to ensure the safety of Ricky's Dad, from now on."

"But, I am partially connected to the cause of your parent's death, Daveryl. So it means, not only Ricky whom I should repay, but also you."

Now that it comes to this fucking revelation, Ricky's blood boils, turning his face into red-like tomato. His heart is beating too fast that he started gasping for air.

"Y-You-" Ricky tries to speak.

"I didn't say I killed all of you. What I'm saying is, I helped Jobel to escape from facing the punishment. He never imprisoned, for your information." Cedric slowly pulls Ricky's body and embrace him tightly. "I'm a father back then. I've no choice but to protect my son. So if you want to throw your anger, do it to me. I'm willing to accept it and also willing to repay you.."

Ricky gasps for air one more time. There is no sound but he's actually crying. Remembering his parents, he did horrible things causing them to face some backlash. They caught all the insulting words from people while he's leaving without thinking about them. In other words, Daveryl lived a life without putting his parents into consideration. He's guilty for that.

Speaking of it, he suddenly remembers his father's words at the pool area. Avryl, his future mother, is going to marry his father. Isn't this the perfect time to help them have a prosperous future?

"Forget it." Ricky said. Causing Cedric to look up.

"What?"

"I've already accepted my destiny. But if you really want to repay me, there is an easy way than being obsessed with this body."

"I heard from Dad, Ricky's aunt, Maureen- I don't know the surname, have a daughter." Ricky continued.

"And what it has to do with me?" Cedric put his hand on his pocket while walking.

"Her daughter's name is Avryl. She's 20 years old."

"Are you telling me to marry that woman to repay you?!" Cedric stopped walking and face Ricky who also stopped walking.

But instead of answer, he received a kick from the little cub.

"Shut up! Let me finish my words okay?! And I don't want you to marry her! I don't like you to be father in the future." Ricky said annoyingly.

He then moved to continue walking. Cedric follows him.

"Hold on, little cub. So you mean, Avryl is your future mother? Wow! That's interesting."

"Interesting my ass! But yes, she will be."

"So Ricky is related to you by blood?!" Cedric is more excited than him. He can feel that. "But how can I repay you, still?"

They stopped walking. Currently, they finally reached their destination. But there are some people enrolling inside, so they need to wait for a while.

That voice is from behind them. 3 meters from where he and Cedric standing, is the man who is actually tall, quite handsome, with tan skin and brown hair is walking towards them.

And since Ricky has no idea who this person is, he turned his head to look at Cedric. Asking him who this person is in whisper. Cedric didn't answer, but his facial expression turned dark in an instant. And Ricky saw that. Unknowingly, he smirked.

"How are you? I wasn't able to visit you after your differentiation because of my family's reunion. But I'm glad that you successfully differentiated as an omega." The boy finally got close to them.

And base on his words, this boy is Jonathan Salvador, right? The alpha who helped him during the cycle of his differentiation? And the alpha who always triggered Cedric temperance.

"Well, hello Jonathan. How are you? Elena told me about what happened. Don't worry, I understand. And by the way, thanks for helping me back then." Ricky said with beautiful smile on his face.

Jonathan smiles back and shuffled his hair. "Don't mention it. I told you, I'll always help you if you need it. By the way, who is this? Your bodyguard?" He's referring to Cedric.

"BODYGUARD?!" Cedric softly but emphatically said.

Ricky couldn't help but turned around to hides his smile. That reaction is quite cute. Really!

"Sorry, this is the first time that I've seen you, may I know your name, sir? I'm Jonathan Salvador, by the way." Jonathan introduced himself first. Offering a handshake.

Cedric, who lived for 53 years in his previous life, can easily tell if the person in front of him is being real or not. And he's certain, this Jonathan is trying to tell him that if he's a nobody, then he should stay away from Ricky.

"Cedric. And I'm not his bodyguard." He said without telling his surname.

If you're in the rich world, the meaning behind not telling your surname to someone is similar to telling that person that he is not interested. No matter what background he belongs.

Jonathan raised his brows as he gently withdraw his hand he offered and nodded his head after. "You're not his bodyguard, then, who are you to him?" He asked.

Ricky is just listening. He's enjoying the scene actually. He wants to see Cedric's reaction.

"Do you really wanna know? I'm willing to tell you, however I'm afraid, you're not going take it. As you see, his bodyguards are there-" Cedric points his finger to the certain direction. "But I am here next to him. Him, who is surrounded by my pheromones."

Ricky violently look at this bastard. Now what the hell is he talking about?! He's making a false rumor! He was about to speak and nag Cedric when Jonathan speak.

Two man who was calmed a moment ago, suddenly turned serious with dark faces. Their pheromones emits in the air ready to attack this fucking bastard who just spouted something that makes them angry.
