BREAKFAST WITH A TWIST

"Hah!" A deep breath out Ricky's mouth. "I think we need to talk seriously. Yeah, let's do that. Let's clear something before I get crazy and commit suicide because of you."

"Commit suicide?! You crazy?!" Cedric withdrew himself and help him get up.

Ricky stroke his hair and moved his hand to signal Cedric to stop him from talking. "That was a slipped of a tongue. But honestly, I'm getting annoyed by your continuous nagging everytime we're together. Ain't you tired of it?"

Cedric tilted his head. He noticed something. "No.. But hold on. Something's off with you. Where is the little cat who always fights back?

" I'm not in the mood for joking, Mr. Lopez." Ricky seriously said. He even give Cedric a serious look. "By the way, if you're not on for serious conversation, then tell me when we can do it. Right now, I need to prepare to go to school as you said earlier."

He slowly leave his bed and strode to the bathroom. Cedric was left alone in the bed, in daze. Thinking if what matters should the two of them needs to talk about. Is it about their secrets? Well, having the memories of the future is really out of this world. But they already settled it, didn't they?

He moved his head to look at the closed door of the bathroom. Now that he thinks about it, Ricky immediately adapted to his new life when he transmigrated. The Daveryl who they know became cold and wise like he used to be as Ricky. So, that's mean, the Ricky he used to know in this life, will also become spoiled and trouble maker? Will he also used his body to seduce men?!

Just imagining it is making Cedric's blood boils. But, what if Daveryl asked him, what right does he have to stop him from doing that? What answer will he tells him, then?

"Cedric you're here. Where's Ricky?" Mr. Sebastian entered the room.

Surprisingly, the old man is not prohibiting him to enter Ricky's room. His son is Omega and Cedric is an Alpha. How on earth that he's not seem to against it?

"Ah.. He's taking a shower now, sir. He said he'll go to the university to enroll today. And I volunteered to accompany him." Cedric immediately stod up as a sign of respect.

The old man nodded his head. "Then, did you eat? You should also join us for breakfast."

"If it's not too much for a disturbance, sir. I'll gladly accept the invitation." Cedric smiles genuinely.

"Of course it's not. My son likes you. So I like you too. Although I hope, you won't cause a problem that will make him feel pain in the future." Richard said meaningfully.

To Cedric's memories, Mr. Richard Sebastian suddenly changed his attitude towards him after Ricky turned twenty. He doesn't know the reason but, Cedric is thinking that maybe the old man found something about him, in his previous life. Maybe the old man discovered the fact that he and his father planned everything to ruin the Sebastian family?

Cedric lowered his head and respectfully bowed his head. "Thank you sir. Rest assured, I promise you that I will take care of your son. I'll risk my life to protect him. I promise you that." He said with all his heart.

Ricky maybe is not Ricky anymore. But this old man in front of him don't know anything. All this old man knows is Ricky is still alive and he is his only son. So Cedric will make sure that in his second life, he will protect these two persons.

"Haha..! You're so kind. What a beautiful heart you have. I wonder why my son suddenly changed his mind to invite you to his birthday party. But don't worry, I'll convince him for you." Richard tapped Cedric's shoulder before turning around. "Why don't you wait for Ricky downstairs? Come with me." He also said.

Cedric hesitated to follow for a second. But he did in the end.

So when Ricky finished his bath, Cedric is no longer in his room.

Downstairs, Alexander is standing at the corner of the dining room while his son Cedric, is seating at the left side of the master of the house. He feels happy just by watching the two talking. Thinking that his son is still following the plan of making the two Sebastians adore him. With this, it'll not take long to execute their plan.

"What's this?" A voice from Ricky interrupted the three busy people.

Richard greeted his son with a smile and even stood up to embrace him. Never changed at all. Very devoted to his son.

"Baby! Come, I invited Cedric to join us for breakfast for you." He also dragged his own son to seat opposite to Cedric's.

"For me?" Ricky asked in disbelief.

"Yeah! Aren't you happy? I know you like Cedric. So I'm doing my part to help you. Tell me, what do you need from him?" Richard happily started the most uncomfortable conversation in an uncomfortable breakfast of the year.

Cedric didn't react and just looking at Ricky who is massaging his forehead, trying to hide his irritation to the situation. Though he finds it cute somehow.

"Dad, I maybe told you that I like Cedric, but I didn't mean it romantically. Besides, I'm still 18 years old. Don't you want to see me anymore?" Ricky acted like he's hurt.

Causing Cedric to giggle. So he throws a sharp look at him.

"And also! Cedric is already 25 years old. He's fits as my older brother or maybe a father." Ricky added.

"So you're telling me, I commerce at 7 years old?" Cedric asked emphatically.

"I didn't mean that, but who knows?" Ricky answered sparingly.

"You!"

"Hahaha!" Richard laughter disrupted the teasing of two boys. "Alexander, don't they both cute?" He then looked at Alexander who also started laughing.

"Indeed master. They're both cute. I can understand if they both fall for each other in the future."

"Cough!" The two men who get mentioned both coughs at the same time.

Ricky moved his hand to call the maid and asked her to bring him coffee. While Cedric drink water to shift his attention.

"You're right Alexander. But let's them figured it out by themselves. Ahh.. Although I can't wait to have grandchildren anymore. I still wish for my baby to-"

"Grandchildren?!" Ricky and Cedric said the same time.

"Eh?!" Richard was shocked. "Was I too much to wish for that?" He asked the two who are now standing straight with scary expression on their faces.

"Huh!" Ricky took a deep breath and slowly back to his seat.

Cedric also did the same but he secretly throw a sharp look at his father. He really needs to move fast now. He can't be at ease anymore. He doesn't know what his father's plan for now but it doesn't mean that it'll not ended the same.

"Dad, I'll tell you. Cedric doesn't like me romantically, and I also don't like him romantically. So please, stop spreading false rumors." Ricky took the cup of coffee the maid gave him.

"Ricky is right, Sir. But don't worry, I'll guide him to find a perfect and trusted Alpha." Cedric supported Ricky's words.

Although, the truth is, he also doesn't know if he can take to look at Ricky with another Alpha. Especially, that even he's just looking at him from afar, there is an urge inside him to run and imprison the man to his arms.

"Well, that's ashamed. I honestly like you for my son." Richard said truthfully.

Ricky paused and Cedric noticed it. Ricky thinks, how on earth that his father is telling him that he likes Cedric, when on his memories, he really hates the man? Is it a cliche? Because Cedric returns to his past and him, Daveryl, transmigrates? Then, will the tragedy also changed?

But if he ended up liking Cedric, then there's a possibility that he'll ended up dying in the end. Because Cedric will surely fall in love with that Omega he proposed to.

With that thought, Ricky flinched. He feels the sting like-pain in his chest. His host's heart is reacting.

"Dad, Cedric already have a lover. So don't push your luck anymore." Ricky said before peeking at Alexander who suddenly stopped moving.

Cedric also stopped eating and look at him frowning.

"Is it true? You have a lover, Cedric?" Richard asked seriously.

Cedric open his mouth to answer when his father, Alexander interrupted.

"Haha, Master, I think the young master is referring to Cedric's childhood friend. Young master, did my son mentioned her to you?" Alexander is asking Ricky but his eyes are on Cedric.

He looks so anxious and the two boys noticed it.

"You mean, that Omega who he's going to marry? Yeah, he did." Ricky answered while staring at Cedric. And even he's biting the fried potato, he never withdraw his eyes from him.

He wants to see his reaction. Does he think, he'll forget that moment?! The moment when Ricky died in front of the two heartless people?! No way! He'll make sure that those two pays for their sins!
