C12: Captured- Infiltration

Itadori had been driving for the past night, his car reeked the smell of death from the three rotting corpses behind him. During the long drive, at some point he could feel his brain's hallucinating that the three had become zombies and were glaring at him with vengeful dull eyes, the result of the horror movies he had rented and watched. The late payment was stacking up back at his apartment, maybe more than 12 000 yen already. And the monthly essential bills, just yesterday he had opened the AC for an entire day and ...

" Concentrate!!!"

He tightened his grips on the wheel, his brain returned to the scenario he was now in. Itadori's thoughts had been less focused and he was afraid of causing an accident. Yet his fear of being discovered with three bodies, five large bags filled with cash and a large number of signal jammer kept him on the road. The personal dilemma was wasting his precious time.

" Ah, there it is... Let's turn left. "

He arrived at a vacant parking spot in the countryside with his registered personal bike, the surrounding lively with the blowing winds shaking the trees, the calls of frogs and the small constant sound of dripping water from the small creek behind the space. Itadori parked the van, his face weary from the long drive across three cities. He remembered he had taken the same journey with his trusty old pal and felt refreshed after the trip. Maybe the stress was getting at him.

After checking the bomb had been set in place and two cans of gasoline had been poured all over the vehicle, he set the timer to 20 minutes, enough time for him to get away from the crime scene. He loaded the content of the bags into top case at the back in addition to duct-taping a signal jammer on the top of the box. Itadori checked his watch, around 4 minutes had passed. He got on the bike, donning a stolen shipper's uniform before vrooming away toward the opposite of the arrival direction, back to his apartment. He had made sure to prepare for any sudden situation while travelling to not open the top case. On the empty roads leading back to Musutafu, a lone bike carried a man's dream, leaving behind a fire cleansing the sin that day of the rider.

Akai, the leader of the Color crew, was waking up from his little nap after being knocked out by Strainly, a hero with the quirk to impart his physical tiredness to his opponent. The hero had toyed with Akai, transferring his tiredness to his opponent while provoking the large guy. The fight took a long time as Akai possessed a large stamina pool and ended with him being out cold due to exhaustion after trying to send his opponent crashing into the corridor. He took a moment to take in the environment, his face not hiding a look of annoyance from the restricted space he had been given.

"A cell? Did I get capture, and what about the he..."

"Oh so you finally wake up huh? What a sleepy guy you are! I have been waiting to see your reaction... Kenmoto owes me a dinner now."

An officer, holding a cup of smoking coffee, said, not hiding the fact that he was looking down on Akai now behind bars on the transport vehicle, its center of gravity shaking and vibrating due to the road underneath. The villain's judgement had been almost immediately with the amount of evidence for various crimes, earning him a one-way trip to a medium-security prison in the city's North.

"... What about the others? "

Akai asked hesitantly after a few minutes of silent considering, his eyes portrayed his feeling. What welcomed him was a laughter, a refreshing one.

"Hahahaha... They are doing just fine in our embrace. Some got away from the place, but the department is searching for their trails like hounds targeting rabbits. But really?! Your team thought you could rob a big target like a bank and make a run with the money? I will let you onto something here, you dipshit villain."

The police officer brought his face to Akai's eye level, his gaze pierced through the villain, seeing him as just something.

"We have always stayed near your crew. Observing any movements from the violent guys like you and core members like Midori-san the hacker or Viona-san the escapist. We have already know of your plans from the camera and hidden agents around your gathering places..."

" And now, let us not speak again. "

The officer left back to his coffee ok the plastic table. He pushed a button on a little device resembling a car key. The act drove the reinforced door to close off the cell, leaving only breathing holes. Akai could do nothing but lamenting, submerged inside his place's darkness and shadows, just like the captured allies.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

" Armor integrity, check. Battery for taser gun, check. Pistol hammer and barrel to prevent jamming, check That only leave the swords, buying them again will take a lot from my budget but the cost is necessary. Let me call up Heso-san tomorrow. "

Izuku muttered, in his hand a check list of bulleted item to organize his mess on the design table. He had spent the last 15 minutes making sure his gear was well-maintained and good to go. He was sad with the loss of his twin swords; however, they had serves their master, allowing him to escape. Somewhere deep in his mind, a sliver of doubt still remained about how Eraser Head and All Might had let them get away so easily. He had already double, triple checking everything yet he found no issues. He had been particularly throughout with his armor and the returning result told him that everything was fine. He was contemplating using the saved up Attempts and Credit in his System to find a Skill for solving his doubt but finally decided to stop. His paranoia was getting out of hand, and he knew any further inspection would not lessen his worrying self.

He had already informed Inko of his stay overnight(at the secret base), her knowing smile had really given him a fright, thinking that his nightly outings and vigilante business had been discovered. So now he was staying overnight on the sofa, giving some thoughts about his partner-in-crime, Ina Minaru. Weighing around the pros and cons of his partnership with the girl, he fell asleep without notice, his phone on his chest, the warehouse door unlocked but their weight and rusty sounds when opened would alarm him( he forgot he was the one oiling the hinges and wheels to get the doors going just 2 weeks before). He drifted in the realm of dreams, unaware how tomorrow would play out. He was being pulled somewhere but his exhaustion took over, leaving him defenseless against the force. He felt himself drifting further and further away, a hollow body left behind.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6:24 AM

" Is this the place? The appearance fits but seeing how open their base is, I am more surprised that they haven't been discovered yet. "

Aizawa though, his eyes on the warehouse in the partially cleaned-up coastal park. The sun was getting up and Midnight and Hound Dog, his colleague, was standing behind him. Nezu had permitted their absence during lessons to take on this mission. Midnight was giving the location a curious eye and Blood Hound was sniffing, reassuring himself that this is the place. Nezu had planned for the heroes to track the two vigilantes using a combination of following drones, camera hacking and specially made odor, as he had noticed from their report that Beast's smell was the same as normal humans and the pair had been aiming to getaway from the start.

Checking the info again, Aizawa furrowed his brows, the place diverged from the information he found online.

" A park that was filled with daily throwaway and old furniture pieces to the brim, forming mounds of garbage, no one goes to the park anymore and the local trash-collecting committee stopped cleaning the place after getting defunded."

" So we are meeting this famous pair of vigilantes? "

Midnight asked and Hound Dog grunted. They had both been led on about the chase the night before, leaving their mouths wide-opened with the dramatic series of actions. They could not believe their targets could make it out intact from the encounters with their colleague, not counting All Might into the mix. Many people managed to post the videos onto the web, raising the vigilantes to another level of fame.

" The mission here is not to win through an all-out fight. We are here to give them an opportunity of conversation after the previous failure on the roof. Be prepared to save yourself but do not injure them too much. Now the plan is simple. I will infiltrate in first and locate Mastermind. Then Hound Dog would enter, protecting you while you ready to cover the whole area with your Somnambulist. His mask does not has a filter, and even if he has one installed, the blinding effect of the thing is enough. Beast is not concern as she is not here. She left the place some hours ago. Nezu checked the cams near here"

As Aizawa finished his line, a personal camera shook its blocky head to the side, dismissing the task as something too trivial for the operator's intelligence.

After planning things out in the finer details, Aizawa stepped up to his task. He first checked the sliding doors separating the in and out of the warehouse. To his surprise, the doors were not lock, making his job much easier.

" Overconfidence, or a trap..."

Aizawa thought as he made a small gap to observe the inside. He had preemptively surveyed the outside, finding no observable sensors or cameras. And seeing no response to the three heroes standing right at the front door, it seemed there had been no measures taken to alert their appearance here. Aizawa peeked inside, his eyes strained to take in as much as possible from the little sight angles he had made. Concrete floor, reinforced walls with cloth-covered items and electrical wiring connected to branching all over the place. A large place, enough for 3 shippings vessels to be loaded. There was a separate area for what he could make out was for tinkering and crafting, with tools hanging on the walls and chalk boards filled with scripting and designs above. A large sofa, spacious enough for 5 adults to sit back to back, at a corner, in front of it a turned-on TV with statics.

Aizawa widened the gap more, slipping inside and carefully keeping himself hidden in the shadow. After further surveying of the environment, Aizawa opened the door more, letting Dog Hound and Midnight in. They were amazed with the messy scifi feel of the place, yet their caution remained high as ever. They walked in complete silent, their eyes gazing on the trophies displayed in a corner obscured by makeshift walls.

" Are those ... body parts? "

They had stumbled upon Izuku's and Ina's shared collection of hunted villains body parts submerged in a mixture of formaldehyde and other fluids to improve transparency, texture and smell. The final result is a pleasant liquid to all the noses, eyes and skin. The boy wanted to experiment on them to find out more regarding quirk factor and quirks in general as historical and biological record about the topic was severely missing (or hidden as Izuku conjected once). He was going to dispose these vases of hands, stomach lungs, brains,... later by incinerating them but finding the time had been a challenge due to more pressing matters on the schedule. Ina collected the things as trophies of worthwhile criminals they had gotten their hands on, leaving them here to have something to reinforce her memories aside from the daily logs. But from other's perspective, their spine shivered seeing the gruesome scene, their body sweating cold sweats. Aizawa quickly took some pictures of the scene, his hands shaking at the severity of the situation. Not daring to touch the vile jars, the three made their way to the sofa to an Izuku with a nosebleed. His state was horrible, black sticky fluid sticking to his skin, its pungent stench radiating the filth to the three heroes: Aizawa had to cover his noses with his scarf before taking out a pack of paper towels from his pants pocket, Hound Dog quickly paced to the other side, his face clenching up. Midnight was using the paper towels from Aizawa to absorb the black slime, her face filled with disgust. Her touch did not wake the boy up, but she could feel the heat radiating from his skin. The boy was sick, she realized, her hands getting away from the hot and slimy mass.

" So it is this kid here that is the Mastermind? He is too fit and muscular for a teen, hell, what did his parents feed him? Aizawa, should we get him to the hospital? "

Midnight said, observing his face and body shape, her action professional, a far displacement from the sultry acting she would often give out to the public and students. Hound Dog grunted in approval from a distance. Aizawa quickly go to another side of the room, his phone right at his ears. He urgently requested for medical care giving the boy's situation.

One hour, a black car arrived in front of the park, inside the rat and Recovery Girl, an old and caring granny responsible for the medical and health care in UA. She had volunteered for the nurse position, and her sense of responsibility had driven her to this situation. She still strong enough to walk to the warehouse, her place beside the burning bot after observing the displayed jars. Nezu was eyeing the patient from his tablet, his beady eyes looking at the info he could find from the boy's appearance and age.

"Izuku Midoriya, his father, Tekaro Modoriya, working overseas and his mother, Inko Midoriya, working as an office lady. The boy, from his mother's share on the internet, is a technology genius. His inventions, mostly toys at home, scream proper education but he is self-taught. He has no friend at school but manage to befriend Ina Minaru, the daughter of Kenji Minaru, one on our suspect list of players in the criminal world. "

Nezu concluded. The boy's details intrigued him, especially his connection to the renowned Black Bishop. He was willing to take on the risk of taking in the boy.

" Let's bring him to UA. We can keep a watch on the boy there. Providing a suitable environment is also a job of an educator. "

Nezu said, ending any upcoming arguments on his treatment of the boy. The boy had already been wiped clean and was now being princess carried onto the car. Laying gently the boy on the back seat with Recovery Girl keeping watch on his condition, Dog Hound took the driver position and drove all the heroes and a sick boy to UA.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A crowded tavern, filled with countless people with different clothing styles, was what Izuku woke up to. The bar top was swiped clean every other drinks and dishes with different cuisines rolled out through the door behind the bartender. The fragrance of French wine sauce on beef Wellington, the complex smell of various ingredients in Indian curry, the stench of Greenland fermented shark and many more attacked the poor boy's noses. He was struggling to breath in this complex environment when a glass of milk slid right in front of him. The thing was decorated with heart-shaped straw and some kind of blue leaves spread on the surface.

" My treat. "

A lovely female voice from the left rang out, Izuku turned to the left and another voice rang from above, a deep thickly-accented voice of a Scottish man.

" For a long night. "

Before he could turn upward, he heard a young child talked from behind. He turned back to the air he was breathing in, no one rlse in sight.

" Do not bother looking, I am every where and no where. Where there is fun, there is my presence. "

Izuku looked around, the scenery had frozen, even the dropped glass from a samurai was stuck in place, its content would have spilled.

" Just listen "

"Your System is getting an upgrade, a big one. Think of it like the reward for the achievement you did tonight. You will learn more after the update is complete, a surprise is only fun if it remains one. Now, enjoy yourself. "

The voices left Izuku alone, he could feel himself getting up to the world's time, catching up to others' frame of existence. No sooner had he returned than the mentioned glass collided with the floor, leading to a string of swear words. Now he could only wait while trying to enjoy this place. Walking outside, a festival was taking place, crowds of people were on the street, each donning a mask and colorful clothing like that of the festivals in Rio de Janeiro. Izuku could feel something protruding out of his pocket. A mask, The Fool's gift. Sighing inward, he wore it on his face before joining the crowd of people. Looking back at the tavern, the entire location was replaced by a barber shop. With nothing else in this place, he walked and blended in with the festive mood.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ina was enjoying her morning with her family, with a bowl of beef udon with a side serving of juice. The peace was something she appreciated, contrasting with what happened the night before. Today was her break day to spend more time with her family. Time ticked slowly in the serene morning to 7 AM, ending with the her father going to work and her mother doing the dishes, Ina helped her before going back to her room and spending the morning indulging herself in summer homework and matters regarding Momo, .

Later that evening, she was in the bath, pleasuring herself with the warm tub and citric bath bomb. Her hands moving quickly in the air, anyone else seeing that scene would look at her if strange eyes. She was examining what she had achieved from the vigilante nights and was pleased with the increase in Specialized Skill Groups. Exposure with more quirks since the night she transformed had opened up many more sub branches in Psychic and Physical groups, with her water ball making to be included with the aqua kinesis tag belonging to the [External Control] group. The added bonusses from activating a group were showned to her, with a twist on number of quirks required to advance a group. The number of acquired groups would increase proportionally the number of needed quirks to acquire another one.

Playing around with the ball of water inside the bathtub was a relaxing experience, Ina was remembering the free water she had got from the quirk when her phone buzzed, from outside almost knocking itself off the birch study table. The noise broke through the relaxing atmosphere, Ina got out in a few seconds, her brows scowling. She remembered turning off all notification except a few important ones.

" A notification of location? From Izuku? "

Finding the strange phenomenon, Ina decided to take a look at the coordinate Izuku sent her. A brief look on the digital map show him inside ... UA?! Checking again the data, the source was the digital watch he wore on his right wrist. He had said that the watch would keep a tab on his vitals signals and would send his location to Ina's phone and watch if they diverged from the normal numbers too much. Anxiety overtaking her, Ina decided to call Izuku, her feet tapping on the ground. A few calls not being answered broke the bad news to her. Izuku had been captured somehow by the UA staff. Searching in her memory, she checked the outdated details regarding the school.

" Nezu and Eraser Head.... so that's them. Now All Might isn't a teacher at the school yet. That would happen much later. Izuku seems to be in confinement. Breaking him out would be difficult with all the employed heroes there. What to do, what to do..."

Ina pondered and pondered, her head weighing many methods. She was considering leaving the boy. She finally reached an acceptable conclusion: an infiltration mission in early morning when most people would be absent remained the most optimal option. Any doors or walls can be broken through with her strength but maintaining secrecy was the most important goal.

" Izuku is most likely in the nurse office by now. He will not let himself be detained without a fight. Getting inside UA is quite simple for someone young... the front door. UA is known to the public and their uniform can even be bought easily. Getting inside is done, but getting out... Some drone shot of UA, the walls are not too tall but carrying another person will take too long ... "

Ina spent the afternoon in her room planning out the details of the operation. The highschool's location and gates were simple to find with maps available on the Internet. As with the case of a school, some students had to take summer revisional classes as seen from some accounts on social media posting about the thing with utmost despair in their writing (finding the accounts had been simple from all the annual newspaper covering UA's freshmen). Ina found getting in with another costume inside a rucksack would arise less suspicion and if somebody interacted with her, she could act as a stranger, hiding in plain sight as her height after growth was on the normal side of high school girls.

After getting in, visiting the nurse office to check whether or not Izuku was kept there would remain the priority. If the answer was no, Ina would have to search for him across the entire school (of course removing the gyms and lunch room). Her sense could tell her the correct place: someone's lying on a bed with someone keeping tab on him. Fighting the guardian secretly would be impossible as the likelihood of periodic communication was too much. Ina had to plan an escape route from inside, an unknow domain, beforehand. The security after her discovery would be ramped up to unseen level in combination with Izuku's protection would be too much of a risk to take. While scrolling through her options, something caught her eyes. It was a post from @LoudAndClear showcasing a new car and his determination to drive the thing to school everyday. Further cross-checking across the web allowed Ina to make an educated guess: Present Mic. His blog brought something to Ina's attention: a parking lot for teachers and workers. So Ina already had her escape plan through the place where an exit had already been made.

Now it was time to prepare for the disguise, the costume and the items needed and get going.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

2 days later

"Has the boy woke up? It has already been 2 days! I think we should get him to a hospital and share the information with Naomasa, he is trustworthy."

Aizawa suggested in the meeting, his impatient and worry drenched the suggestion, marking their presence bare to any witness. Mid Night, Snipe, Hound Dog and many more of his colleagues showed approval of the idea. They had first been on cloud nine thinking that another hero candidate could be recruited and taught in the school but as time went on, the initial happiness was taken over by concerns and worries. The boy had been taking his time sleeping on a separate bed in the nurse office, the option only available due to the injuries-prone Heroic Course students going on their summer training camps and internships (If not for the absence of them, Mastermind would have been laid in a hastily arranged room in the back of the school with cameras pointing at him).

" I am thinking of giving the boy another day. Tomorrow I will personally arrange for the his hospital admission and will discuss the case with the police. "

Nezu said, ending the most important agenda on the list that meeting and letting the thing finished quickly after. The teachers returned to their respected classes, helping those in need of a revision of the knowledge from the course.

"Aizawa, stay back for a moment please."

Aizawa heard the request, his foot stopped in front of the door, he had been the last to leave the room following Present Mic and Mid Night to their morning coffee session (he really needed one of those stronger types).

"About the boy, I know you are concerned with his health and wellbeing. Well, I have a proposal. After the boy wakes up from his long sleep, he will be taught by you the basic of heroic activities and spirit. I know this will cause your tight schedule to overflow but I will close my eyes on your sleeping during teaching time and evengiven your more day-offs.."

Nezu said to Aizawa's horror. The man was already pushed his limits to complete both academic and heroic duties. And now the principal was even giving out more work to him. But he knew he could not refuse the offer as doing that would be the best for the boy's future ( and for his health). Making up his mind, Aizawa said to Nezu.

"I will look into that. Now let me leave. "

"Of course, you may go."

The conversation ended there, closing their morning routines. Nezu returned to his office to tackle the numbers of invitation for speech in universities around the world and his school's needs.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Chatters and discussion were the norm for students, especially those in highschool with rumors and many matters to talk about. Yet at UA, in the middle of summer heat and vacation time, there still remained those that need to go to classes, the vile evil against the freedom of students... remedial class. But they had no one to put the blame on except themselves as their scores had been less than expected and they were forced to attend these classes to fill up the gaps of knowledge.

"Ugh.... Why must I go to class and be left out?!"

A girl with pink hair in the style of two twin tails on the side complained to her friend group, her expression filled with despair as if experiencing a tragedy. Her oval face and a deep frown under her whiskers really highlighted her emotion. She was lamenting to her best pals about how unfair the whole thing was: she had just dunked her English and Math final exam and now had to take part in these classes where her usual teachers made her do even more work and drilled into her head the same droning sounds in classes. Seeing their pink friend being so down without them in the same remedial class and being left out in their shopping spree this evening for English lessons, her three friends could do nothing but to give her some persuasion to finally get her butt to class and to stop complaining. They were halfway through the process of pulling the lazy pink-haired friend to class when someone addressed the group.

"Hello there, can I ask where the nurse office is? I have sprained my wrist and is looking for first aid. It is "

The four turned their attention to the intruder in their friendly quarrels. A plain, chubby girl with black hair and yellow iris was asking them for the direction to the nurse office. From her physique, it seemed she was a General Course or Economics students. The new face was really unfamiliar to the group and the girl's would be overlooked at any large crowd. One of them, a short girl with plant vines on her skin and plant green hair, replied. Her turquoise eyes stared at the girl in front of her. She was not familiar with anyone matching the description of the intruder in her memory, and the latter's question regarding the nurse office sounded some alarms in the vine girl's mind. However, she quickly erased the thought, she was overthinking the situation. The one in front of her could be a General Course student so this could be the first time she had seeked the place. Pitying the poor girl and her injury, vine girl gave out the direction in details .

"Of course, you just need to walk to the B-block through that bridge ..."

The petti girl pointed to a farther bridge with not a lot of people on it. There were many similar bridges connecting different adjacent blocks together but the one she pointed too was the nearest from this position.

"Then you just need to get to the second floor and the nurse room will be easily found looking at the signs on the doors. "

"Ah, thank you so much for the help! "

The girl who asked the question thanked in an embarrassed tone, her head giving a 90-degree bow. Before anyone could say something, she walked away, humming a catchy tune ton herself. She followed the instruction to the tee, reaching the nurse office in no time. She was eyeing the place, straining her sensory ability to feel through the door, she could feel two presence inside.

" So this is the nurse office huh? One grandma and one young boy, his body is not fine as the feeling there is a bit off. Asking for direction is a risk since alarm can be sounded but the students were so friendly and considerate. Finally track him down but his state is not so well. Has he sleep for the entire two days? "

Ina thought to herself, preparing for the escape afterward. She had spent the early morning disguised to get into the school and scouted for the parking lot. She found one underground with an exit to the North, but it required an ID card and no biometric scanners. Ina believed the main reason was the trust the principal placed on the faculty member.

" Two birds with one stone. "

Ina thought, entering the room. The place did not reek of disinfection nor the smells of medicine, thanks to Recovery Girl's quirk and her habit of hygiene but rather the fragrance of freshly-made black tea coming from her cup. The place was neatly decorated to ensure the best experience there, leaving no opportunity for boredom with the ceiling TVs now turned off due to the lack of patient. At a corner desk sat Recovery Girl, her narrowed eyes hindered Ina's ability to follow your gaze. Seeing the girl, possibly a rare patient during this time, made Recovery Girl to initiate the conversation.

" Why are you here for, dear? I will help you quickly so you can get back to class, the bell is going to ring any minute now. "

Walking quickly to the desk, Ina could clearly see the ID card lying right in front of her, teasing her, tempting her to take it right then and there. But she still needed to take a look at the boy lying on the bed separated from all the others. Approaching Recovery Girl, Ina faked her injury by twisting the right wrist muscles at extreme strength, spraining the tendon to not reduce too much of her combat capability in that hand. The pain was a sharp jolt, but she managed to hide it in front of the keen eyes of an experienced observer.

" I may have sprain my wrist this morning catching myself in a fall. I am having difficulty in making finer movements with the writing hand so I am going to you to get the nurse's notice to not participate in the morning Math class. "

" Let me check it for you young girl, I haven't seen you around the school, are you really a student here? "

" Yes I am. Well, of course you would not know me as I haven't set foot inside the nurse office. My quirk helps with minor injuries but this requires your attention. "

"Can you turn your hand so that the palm is facing your inward from this position? And can you lift this small table weight?"

Recovery Girl was checking the different signs for evidence of Ina's sprained wrist.

" Well... your right wrist is indeed partly torn, I suggest you go and visit a proper doctor after getting home today. The tendon will need to be reattached by a doctor to not limit your right hand ability and to not leave any lasting aftereffects. "

"Thank you, I happen to notice that a bed is placed further from the front compared to others and there is folds covering the entire bedframe. May I ask, who is on the bed there? "

After a brief conversation, Ina started to get to the main point, her eyes on Recovery Girl and her ears listening to the latter's heartbeat to determine whether or not she was lying. She nodded her head at the bed in a corner and Recovery Girl answered honestly. That had been the normal question regarding the boy in the corner so she had no issue disclosing the details to the one in

front of her (the girl was not that good of an actress, Recovery Girl concluded. Her expressions had been clearly faked and the claim of sprained right wrist, despite being true, did not limit the girl's dexterity or anything like that).

" He is Izuku Midoriya, a special boy. He is in bad health right now and is being taken care by me. The school promises to keep him safe from harm."

Slightly surprised with how easily the old lady shared such information and the knowledge of Izuku's wellbeing, Ina was thinking of actually leaving him in the grandma's hands when she heard his breathing returning to normal, he was exhaling loudly, very audible from the desk. He was waking up, she realized and so did Recovery Girl. His loud breathing stopped after a few breaths, leaving him in the previous calm state. Ina paced to the place and swept the blinds apart, checking on Izuku's condition from every angles. Recovery Girl followed, curious of what caused the fearsome Beast to be that afraid. Observing the girl's erratic checking of the boy, Recovery Girl found the scene wholesome enough to elicit an elderly contempt laugh, but the peaceful atmosphere did not make her forget the identity of the one whose back was facing her. She had never expected to be ambushed right in her office in the middle of the day with vulnerable students in the same area.

"You can take the ID on the table, but you will have to have a conversation with us later on."

Recovery Girl relented, she was just an old woman with a recovery quirk, not a powerhouse like All Might so fighting the girl in front of her was impossible. She did not know specifically how many miracles would stop the girl in her path but she figured the number would be astronomical. She had observed Beast's intense gazes on her faculty identification card.

Knowing she was Beast had been a simple job for Recovery Girl as her experience dealing with injuries and bodily harms had allowed her to notice the fake torn tendon. The fact that the tendon was torn was the truth, but with normal exercises, it would be companying other signs of tearing in nearby muscles and the pain would not be that easy to ignore. In addition, the girl had showed her hand flipping over easily without any flinging ins the hand.

"Fine, I will have a talk with your principal. I can wait for lunch time."

Ina answered, dropping any pretense or disguise. She was willing to have a conversation with UA's principal, the orchestrater of the whole event, to find out more about the reasonings behind his focus on the two of them instead of his students here in UA. She threw away the fake fat vest, put the round dull glasses onto Recovery Girl desk before borrowing a bed to herself. Aside from self-satisfaction, Ina found that making an escape with Izuku on her back and other heroes chasing behind would be too much even for her standard: protecting from multiple foes while evacuating. She did not have the will to kill heroes one after another and doubted that she could as they would cover one another while they pushed her back. The meaningless fight was the main thing attributed to this attempt of peaceful conversation.

Seeing the scene, Recovery Girl could only shake her head and she quickly called for Nezu, her tone implying something important and dramatic had happened and that would require his very presence. She suggested that they went on lunch together and told him that she would bring over another participant. He quickly agreed before getting back to his business. Now the time was ticking for both of them.
