Rumble!

It was not a normal Tuesday like usual. While a portion of the public was still under their covers, snoring away, a convoy of armored cars and security guards plus tailing heroes sounded their presence with the rumbling of engine and the roar of police motorbike clearing the way of any traffic. Everybody was relaxed even the accompanying security guards and heroes as the previous raids had already rooted out the majority of the criminals and villains in this city. In the central car, aside from the governors, there seated Nighteye.

He had agreed to their offer of accompanying them despite hating politics interfering with heroes' work. The main reason for this unusual agreement was for Centipede, a hero whose mutant quirk made him a centipede, and Bubble Girl, whose skin was adorned with varied shade of blue and whose quirk allowed her to make bubbles for disinfection and crowd control. To gain two slots for the two to let them experience guarding and escorting important figures, he had allowed the people in front of him to utilize his reputation as All Might's only sidekick in Japan to further raise the public approval of the regulations being announced later on.

"Sir Nighteye, have a cup of this."

A fat man, whose balding scalp could be a mirror, pushed in front of Nighteye a cup. The aroma of well-produced alcohol filled the car but nobody actually cared about the smell. They were "relaxing" using alcoholic drinks before discussing and passing through the city's laws.

" Please let me check something first..."

Leaving the man and his drinks alone, Nighteye checked with his informants for any sudden movement of villains. The sound of mechanical number pads being pressed did not deterred the bald man and his colleagues nor destroy the mood. He knew the minimum not to disturb Nighteye when the hero was checking for any dangers to their lives.

"Any news?"

"Nothing. No noise. Safe."

"Good. Keep inform, I will pay."

"Tks."

Closing his phone, Nighteye took the cup from the governor before taking a small sip of alcohol. Bitter, he endured before taking his eyes to outside the moving vehicle's window. He had not used his quirk as deep down he was still reluctant of seeing any deaths. But he knew that he could not stop his paranoia from fearing for the cause of deaths so he was going to use it now. Grabbing one of the governors, he used his quirk.

Vision of the future began to rush passed him as his mind captured all the length of the playing film cartridge. What the staged public show would be in the person's mind, what dealings were being done in the dark and ... city-wide attack? Concrete formations? Corpses? Blood in moith?! The vision was half-closed but the taste of iron filled the man's mouth so Nighteye knew the man was bleeding internally. In front of him, a woman with four arms were speaking something before she turned her body toward him. Her yellow eyes and that mask ... Overhaul got the man, but how and why four arms? Looking at the background for any clues, Nighteye could not help but notice someone standing at the peripheral against the gray concrete. He could only gleam that little information before Overhaul shot him right in the head. The knock back allowed him to take a closer look at the one in the background. A man, white T-shirt and jeans, his red eyes gazed at Nighteye before approaching him. The vision was cut there and it returned the hero back on the car.

"What's wrong? Bad news? How bad?"

The eyes of all the politician seemed to ask that question when seeing the pale complexion of Nighteye. The man's breathing was erratic from the death experience and his eyes darting around for any suspicious movement.

"Bad huh death huh ... I advise stopping this whole public press. The risk is too high. This comes from a hero's standpoint."

Chatter between the men filled the car. Discussion about how worse the public would perceive them, how much money had been spent for the whole announcement and meeting and the amount of time wasted in tandem with argumenta against this waste of manpower and funding rang out but all reached a final conclusion of dropping the whole thing as the politicians were not that dumb to dive into the death pit.

As information about the updated schedule was being transmitted, everything stopped with a loud sound that shook the very earth. In the awe of everyone, buildings all across the city began to fall, their foundations destroyed by explosives and Quirks. The falling speed was slow enough for the heroes and police officers to wake up from their shock. Both began to evacuate anyone under the fall trajectory of the buildings, leaving the escorted site to subdue public confusion and save any salvagable lives. The remaining bodyguarss also got out of their cars before surrounding the VIPs' vehicle, eyes wide open for any enemies or intrusions.

The smaller buildings touched the ground first, sending clouds of dusst and rubbles all over the streets. The smoke coated everyone, everything in its pale gray tint, limitting visibility and inducing coughing fits for those unlucky enough to face the flow head on. Pedestrians and civilians' cries for help from heros and police drowned the space in a dreadful, disturbing atmosphere. Everyone, including Nighteye, questioned themselves how the villains could have planned such things at this type of scale. Nighteye was especially in awe when he heard that the collapse had happened to various Districts and densely populated areas. The hero had already gotten out of the car, standing with the security guards to keep the perimeter clear. He wished to join the rescue operations but his Quirk limited him from providing adequate support aside from checking if the person he touched would make it to the hospital and would see the next dawn.

" Report in! Centipede! Bubble Girl!"

Using the emergency earpiece, Nighteye tried to contact his heroes but nothing except white noise entered his ear. As he was looking around, he did not notice the expanding mist beneath his feet until one of the guards warned everyone of the purple mist. But everyone noticed a tad too late as the vehicle carrying the politicians and a few guards together with Nighteye were whisked away somewhere.

Sometime before

" Already gotten used to your upgrade?"

" Yes, and my calculation for their joints movement, muscles contraction and relaxation and nerve connections is adequate. How is it out there?"

Overhaul, bring the new pair of arms up and down, forward and backward while rotating her body. The newly acquired arms were her attempt of utilizing her quirk more efficiently (she hated the fact that she had to rely on the disease for the plan to work but a month was enough to wither her resistance to the idea) and solving one of her weaknesses: arm amputation.

" Oh, Rappa is enjoying his time out there fighting any approaching heroes. Don't worry also about the other members, after detonated the foundations they have already escaped through the maze. That leaves you, me and Kurogiri to tackle the target. Now we are going our way to bring them here. Prepare the vapor Null, "

" What's your villain name?"

" Why the question now? Haven't I said it is Shigaraki? "

" No, that's your basic name, not something that symbolize you or your ideology. Now tell me, what your type of villain you are. "

" That is a secret until the television is on. Wait patiently till that time."

" Brat...your plan is already crazy enough for using the entire of Ebusa as your playground but to bring All Might into the mix? I wonder how reckless you could be when going down this path. "

" Want to pull out?"

" No, I made a promise and yakuza keeps their promises."

" Fine, get ready. KUROGIRI! We need to go now."

" Yes, Young Master."

The pair took their soles across the misty gate and landed on top of one of the standing buildings near the site. Looking around for any attack toward them and finding none, Shigaraki nodded his head and Kurogiri began to summon a large mist portal. Time and environment were on their side as the dust cloud served as an obstacle for recognition to take place. Making out the circle of security around one particular car, Shigaraki signalled for Kurogiri to begin.

" Ready?"

Kurogiri nodded, his eyes closing to concentrate more. Billowing smoke started to spread out from beanth the car. It effortlessly spreaded low on the ground, its touch against the legs and pants of the men as soft and unnoticeable like the landing of a mosquito. And before anyone could raise an alarm, the car and people were teleported underground to the predestined area. Shigaraki and Kurogiri quickly teleported to the barren site they had cleared and began wrecking havoc to create fake evidence. Running around and touching somewhere random for a bit, Shigaraki returned via Kurogiri's quirk.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Being brought against your will was quite disorientating and nauseous, Nighteye thought as he quickly touched the car's door to not lose his bearing in this darkness. The remaining guards also used their quirks to brighten the surrounding while remaining adequately far away from one another to maintain maximum coverage.

Nighteye had secretly hid himself in one of the few blindspots left, knowing what was going to happen. Just as another minute passed when from the ground extruded concrete spikes. The speed of them was extraordinary, rendering any unlucky targets immobile or dead. Screams of pain began to erupt, drowning the weak dying breaths of some whose vital organs had already been skewered. He had had the chance to tell them of this attack but his Quirk already showed him the unchanging result: casualties and massive injuries. He had known that the shown future

Continue from the first wave of spikes, new ones began to rise and dig into the guards. The nearest his from his location had his left leg first pierced through the thigh before another concrete spear ended his life from below, through his chin and remained on the other side. Another guard had managed to dodge the first spikes but failed to noticed the one right underneath him, leading to the feet being impaled before a chest pierce happened. It happened in merely thirty seconds but it had already stained the ground with flowing fresh blood from the wounds and the dying men. Now only the car and Nighteye remained standing, the man's back now faced the vehicle as his gaze swept through the place but could not make out anything further than 7 meters.

Waiting patiently for someone to approach him for something ( he knew not of their purposes but seeing the politicians and him alive meant that they were still of some use to the perpetrator), Nighteye remained vigilant. His eyes scanned the surrounding, his ears strained to hear for any sounds coming from the silent field of corpses dotted around. All the politicans inside the car, after noticing the commotion outside, had wisely shut up and crounched down to limit visibility from outside.

Then, everything went white. Light filled Nighteye's vision quickly and flashed him. His ears picked up countless objects moving around the car and him, his noses recognized the losing smell of blood. Getting his bearing back after a few minutes, he internally praised gods that he had not been killed that quickly. His outer jacket had been dropped and his body entered fighting stance since the flash, ready to defend agains any strikes. But now after getting his sight back, he was startled seeing Overhaul standing just outside of his range, her emotionless eyes looking at him. The losing sode was clear to him and anyone but he had already put his hope on the signals his phone sent to locate him. His sidekicks had already been taught how to do that so he could only take this wager to the very end.

Overhaul crouched down, her coat tail touching the floor. Not being able to see passed the thick cloth was a setback for him and an advantage for her. Nighteye was suddenly shooked by the sensation, or the lack of it, at his back. He had used one of his arms to touch the vehicle to make sure it was still there but it seemed Overhaul had done something. Nighteye had been too focused on his long-hunted target and did not hear the sound of the car being lifted off by concrete pillars. He checked with his heads turning sideway and merely giving the space behind a mere glance but Overhaul had already utilized that opening. She quickly lunged forward, her coat tailing behind her. The sound of flapping leather alerted him of the attack and he sidestepped the lunge. Thinking he had already gotten out of range, Nighteye was surprised sensing a touch to his arms. A third longer arm had reached him, and before he could do anything else, Overhaul used her quirk on his clothes. The fabric turned against its owner and began to bind him tightly. Shallow cuts were marred across Nighteye's skin as the thin fibre cut into his skin.

" You still have a purpose, but sleep."

Looking back up, Nighteye saw Overhaul shooting him straight into the legs, making it paralyzed. Nighteye desperately tried to efight the artificial drownsiness but to no avail. He was knocked out cold by the drug, not being aware of the second shot of potent Null straight into his blood streams. She touched the flesh directly and amputated Nighteye, leaving him only with his head and torso with the spare meat being put into a bump on his back.

She then touched the floor with all of her four arms. The car fell down from a considerable height and made a creaking sound of dying metal. From the wreckage crawled out four men bleeding profusely. They were desperate to live but seeing Overhaul had sent all of their hopes into space. Picking up one by the nexk ( her intergrated muscles allowed her more strength), she did the same thing to this man as what she har committed to Nighteye. The injuries were healed with the price of amputations ( she still need them to send a message, to open up a hole).

" Kurogiri, it is done. How is the public?"

A portal appeared beside her after her sent message had been read. Kurogiri appeared with dusty clothing, his suit covered with a slight tint of dust clouds. His yellow eyes gazed at the mess before him and the five living torsos. He knew what the cleanliness-obssessed criminal want.

" Let me bring Young Master here. "

" Good, did I interrupt your hijacking of the broadcasting station?"

" Not really. Young Master took his chance of climbing using his Quirk for making places for his fingers on the wall. He infiltrated directly without my help, claiming that he was going to test his skill. "

" Oh, how interesting, is he always this sporadic? When under my employment he seemed to be obedient."

Ignoring the question, Kurogiri continued.

" He has already reached the main control room when I last checked. Bring them?"

" Yes. And how about them, dis they escape?"

" Yes and no, Deidoro and other Eight Precepts have already finished up their respective fights and escaped the city with my portal. Now only three of us are here operating."

" Good, to the station we go."

Overhaul and Kurogiri left through the latter's portal. Setting foot just outside of the recording room, the pair entered carrying several high-value hostages. Now, to make a mess regionally was their mission.

" So you are finally here ... Your stage os ready."

Shigaraki greeted them, his hands decaying a palm-size object. Looking closer, it was one of the many ornamental globes from the backstage.

" Is it on?"

" Ready for your use. I have read the manual so I can tackle the machinery together with Kurogiri. Now, step in front of the city and make a provocation."

Shigaraki showed the way, his posture full of humility and servitude, and Overhaul could only shake her head at the comedic attempt. She stepped forward to do something important not only for her but also the previous boss and the Hassakai.
