discussion. I am master and all others are my slave.

Apexion frowned, then asked,

"And how would submitting to me rectify that? How would it push your path forward?"

"I do not know how, or if it ever would" she answered softly "I am making a wager. Betting that following you would lead me to the truth of sound,"

while she spoke music started echoing from her body.

Apexion could feel the pureness and truth radiating from her melodies, but he still questioned further,

"Why? Why make such a wager?"

True Sound paused for a moment, gazed into his eyes before answering,

"For you have a future."

For some reason, those words triggered something in his subconscious mind, and his eyes blazed,

'future, future, future, future.'

A second later, his eyes flashed with understanding, then dimmed and,

[I accept!]

He agreed to the contract, after which True Sound vanished.
