The roots of power

On a bright morning, Dante was standing in the middle of the vast green fields. The sun's rays were filtering through the trees, and the breeze was whispering through the tall grasses. He had decided to start his day with a new training, away from the noise and troubles he had left behind.

As he took his first steps across the land, he felt something different about the place, an air of calm and natural energy that filled the air around him. He thought it might be a suitable place for training.

There, in a corner of the fields, was an old farmer, standing next to an old tractor trying to lift it with the help of some simple tools. Dante knew this old man well; his name was "Arcadius", and he was a wise man who had worked in the fields all his life.

Dante approached cautiously: Arcadius, can I help you? This tractor seems too heavy for you.

Arcadius looked at him with a smile: Oh, Dante, I didn't think you would come here today. But, if you want to help me, I wouldn't mind.

Dante began trying to lift the tractor with the old man. But despite his efforts, he can't move it easily.

Dante: This is harder than I expected... Do you have any advice?

Arcadios laughs gently: I know it's hard, kid. But there's something important you need to learn. Strength doesn't come from just muscles. You have to use your energy correctly.

Dante says thoughtfully: You mean I need to use my element better?

Arcadios: Exactly. Strength doesn't just lie in the body, but in the coordination between mind, body, and energy. Try to focus on the flow of energy through your body. Think about each muscle, how it moves, and how it connects to the ground.

Dante listened to the old man's advice, and closed his eyes for a few moments. He began to focus on the flow of energy from the bottom of his feet, sensing the ground he was standing on, and feeling each muscle working together.

As he focused on his energy, the tractor gradually began to move. He felt something strange, a feeling of deep connection with the ground and the energy that was overwhelming him.

Dante opens his eyes in amazement: I did it! I can move it!

Arcadius with a proud smile: As I told you, boy, strength comes from being in harmony with the energy around you, not just from your muscles. When you learn to be one with your energy, you'll find that everything becomes easier.

This was a pivotal moment for Dante. It wasn't just physical training, but a real lesson in how to use spiritual energy in new ways. He felt like he was beginning to understand a small part of his own strength.

Dante then decided to continue his training, taking advantage of Arcadius' advice. He began to repeat the movements, focusing on using his energy with maximum coordination. Over time, he began to feel a gradual improvement.

As he continued his training, he began to master how to direct his energy into smooth movements, and he began to feel a greater sense of inner strength flowing within him.

Dante took a deep breath as he stopped his training: I think I need some rest now, but I really do feel a lot better.

Arcadius said with a smile: Well done, boy. You have to train constantly, but don't forget to listen to your body. Strength isn't everything, but the wisdom in using it is what matters most.

After a short while, Dante finished helping the old man in the field, and he began to feel that his training was more effective than ever. At that moment, he felt a new feeling, a feeling of strength, not only physical, but spiritual as well.

Before he left, Arcadius called out to Dante, Dante turned back, and Arcadius then said to him in a tone proud of Dante, "Dante, you may not have an element, but you are clever and intelligent, you learn things on the first try, be proud, and achieve your dreams."

Dante looked at Arcadius gratefully and thanked him.

Before he left, Dante looked at the fields around him again, thinking about the journey ahead of him. He hadn't realized yet that this simple training was the beginning of a deeper understanding of himself and the power that his soul carried.

After a day of intense training

One day, Yuno sat with his grandfather Yubi in a quiet corner of the kingdom, surrounded by trees and flowers that adorned the fields. Yuno was nervously waiting for his grandfather to start explaining something important.

Yubi: There's something you need to learn, and that's the energy that powers the elements.

Yuno: Curiously, energy? Do you mean the energy we use to activate the elements?

Yubi: With a smile, yes, but there's something deeper than that. It's called "Aisthiseis", or in other words, the sixth sense.

Yuno: Excitedly, that's great! Do I have one too?

Yubi: Seriously, sure, but it's weak compared to the rest of the senses. You have to hone it and train to develop it. And I'll be the one to fill you in on everything about it.

Yuno: Cheerfully, well, thank you, grandfather!

Yubi: Leaning forward slightly. The five senses we know are smell, touch, sight, hearing, and taste.

Yuno: Excited, those are the five senses! But what does that have to do with the elements?

Yubi: By the way, the sixth sense, body perception, is what connects us to the spiritual elements. Let me explain. He pauses for a moment to make sure Yuno is fully prepared to understand. There are five main energy centers in the body, and each one is associated with a specific element.

Yuno: Inquiring, energy centers? Are these the same points where we feel energy when activating the elements?

Yubi: With a smile exactly. We will learn about them now. He points to Yuno. The first center is the "Crown" center, which is the area in your brain. Whenever you perceive a new idea or thought, your brain will produce energy, and this energy will be directed from the Crown center to the "Aisthiseis" center.

Yuno: Surprised, that means that if I use my brain correctly and perceive an idea or element, I will gain energy?

Yubi: Thankful for Yuno's correct answer. Well done. Now, the next center is the "Eyes." The more clearly you can see, and the more sensitive you are to your surroundings, the more energy you store. Energy flows from your eyes to the Aisthiseis center.

Yuno: Trying to connect thoughts Well, if I focus on things more, I will store energy in my eyes, right? But if my vision is weak, will there be a lack of energy?

Yubi: Yes exactly. Energy won't accumulate as effectively if my vision is weak. And that goes for all the other energy centers.

Yuno: Takes a moment to think Oh, that makes sense! It means I have to take care of all these aspects to become stronger.

Yubi: With a satisfied smile exactly. The next center is the "heart". The heart is the source of emotions and emotional energy. Love, happiness, hope, courage, all of these emotions boost your energy. Unfortunately, there are also negative emotions like hatred, fear, and anger that negatively affect your heart.

Yuno: Sad that's bad... Bad emotions always come up in life.

Yubi: In a calm voice Yes, and unfortunately, that's how it is in the world. You must learn to control these emotions, because the energy generated by negative emotions will draw your energy.

Yuno: Thinking deeply, I understand. If I take care of my emotions, I can avoid losing energy.

Yubi: Thank you for Yuno's exact appreciation. Now, the next center is the "abdomen". The abdomen represents comfort, safety, and satiety. However, when you feel hungry or in pain, it draws energy from this center. But it is also temporary, and you are able to handle it.

Yuno: Inquiring if negative feelings go away when we take care of ourselves, they do not permanently affect our energy?

Yubi: Yes, but remember, negative emotions stay with you longer because they are linked to memory.

Yuno: With a smile Well, I will make sure to control my emotions and feelings!

Yubi: Laughing Well done, Yuno. The last center is the "base". This center is related to physical fitness and movement. The fitter you are, the more energy you will have.

Yuno: Cheerfully This is what I need! I really need to get fitter!

Yubi: Laughing Yes, and that's very important, because it will help you use the energy better. You'll need it to activate the items powerfully.

Yuno: Excited Well, I feel like I'm ready to learn now!

Yubi: With a proud smile That's what I wanted Yuno, now go ahead and start honing your senses, you'll soon feel better.

While Dante continued his training in the fields, and Yuno continued his exercises and refinement of the Wind Element on the hills beside the waterfalls, Sara had headed to her small house on the edge of the village. Her house was located among the dense trees, where the calm waves of the trees provided her with a sense of safety and tranquility. But she was fully aware that she had to become stronger, as she had decided in her heart, in order to continue her journey.

That day, her mother, Merrill, one of the most powerful healers in the Elevin clan, was scheduled to train her. Merrill was sitting on the ground in the middle of the garden filled with herbs and medicinal plants, while Sara stood in front of her, ready to begin.

Merrill smiled gently: Sara, today we are going to learn something new together. We are going to practice using our natural energy to heal.

Sarah looked at her mother excitedly: I'm ready, Mom. I want to become a powerful healer like you.

Merrill with calm eyes: To become a powerful healer, you must know that healing is not only a physical ability, but also a spiritual and emotional ability. We do not only use the healing element to heal bodies, but also to heal souls.

Sarah sits next to her mother and closes her eyes, trying to listen intently to what she says.

Merrill: Our clan has acquired the ability to heal for generations. There is an ancient story about how we acquired this power. In the distant past, we did not have the ability, even the simple ability to heal wounds, and we were not able to heal diseases either. Then came the day when one of our ancestors, "Eliphas", the master of the water element, met the lady of the creation element at that time, "Salome". She saw in him courage and good intentions, so they decided to marry for love.

Sarah is surprised: Was Salome who gave our clan this element?

Merrill: No, their son Aziraphale made us healers. He passed this energy down for generations, but it was a very pure energy. Aziraphale wanted to maintain the balance between life and death, between hope and pain. So, when someone gives us healing energy, we must handle it with care and caution.

Merrill then reached out to a nearby plant, took a tender branch, and gently threw it into the air. Immediately, the leaves of the plant began to come to life, turning a deep green color, and then blooming amazingly.

Merrill said to her daughter with a smile: This is how we use healing energy, Sara. We don't just give it to bodies, we plant it in people's hearts as well. Remember, true healing begins with the soul.

Sarah said thoughtfully: I understand. Power begins with the soul first, and then it is transferred to the body.

As Sarah watched everything carefully, her mother began to prepare a mixture of herbs, as she began to explain how to treat small wounds.

Merrill: Let's start with a practical training. I have some herbs here that can help heal minor wounds. Take these leaves and gently place them on the wound.

Sarah takes the leaves and places them on the hand of one of the patients who had an open wound on their arm. The healing energy begins to flow from her hands, and the patient immediately feels relieved, and the bleeding gradually stops. In an instant, the wounds begin to heal completely.

Sarah pulls her hands back and looks with admiration.

Sarah: He's completely healed! Is it because I used the healing energy correctly?"

Merrill with a proud smile: Yes, Sarah. Healing is not just a miracle or magic. It's simply a balance of energy and hope. You did it right.

Over time, Sarah began using the healing techniques to treat many of the patients and wounded who visited them. As she progressed in her training, she became more adept at controlling her energy and achieving healing.

Three days after Sarah's training*

An elderly man came home with severe pain in his foot, the result of an injury he sustained at work.

The patient was groaning in pain

"Ah, I'm hurt, girl, please help me."

Sarah smiled and went to him: I won't leave you. Let me help you now.

Sarah then began to apply healing energy to his foot, focusing on activating the energy flowing through his body. He watched her face feel relieved as the healing energy gradually began to ease the pain. After a while, the patient began to feel noticeably better.

The patient in amazement: What strength! I've never felt anything like this before.

Sarah with a calm smile: It's not strength, it's natural energy. We should respect it.

After she finished treating the patient, Sarah felt a sense of inner peace. Healing for her wasn't just a practice or training, but a call to provide comfort to those who needed it.

At the end of the day, as Sarah sat next to her mother in the garden, she said in a low voice:

Sarah: I feel like I'm beginning to understand what it means to be a true healer. Not just healing the body, but healing the soul as well.

Merrill smiles and puts her hand on her shoulder: You're on the right track, Sara. You'll become a great healer, and always remember that true strength comes from love and the desire to help others.

Sarah: I want to save more and more, mom, I want to heal more and more of the injured and sick!

Merrill said in surprise: Oh, Sara! I almost forgot, I got a letter from the Kingdom of Middlelands. The ruler wrote the letter himself and wants new healers in the kingdom. Are you going?

Sarah in surprise: Mom, is that true?! Of course I will go. This is my chance! When should I go?

Merrill: Well, let's see...
