Starley coughed slightly, trying to shake off her wandering thoughts. She also broke her eye contact with Raul.
"Well then, let's go, I'm hungry," Starley replied casually. Correction: I am trying to appear casual. She just hoped she didn't look like someone awkward right now.
"Yeah, let's go," Raul exclaimed, then he led Starley back toward the mansion, their hands still clasped together.
Starley looked around. She hadn't crossed paths with anyone since earlier. Were they the only two on this island? Before long, she spotted Raul's modern minimalist mansion. The mansion was genuinely built to Raul's taste. Almost everything was glass, and it was very open.
As they entered the mansion, it was clear that the inside was immaculate and minimalist. The mansion looked like a bicolours pad, dominated by grey and black colours.
