I got up and went to Molly's kindergarten.

The parent-child sports day had just ended.

The children and parents were leaving the school in an orderly manner.

Molly saw me from far away,

Her eyes kept darting around nervously.

She fearfully clutched Nathan's clothes, looking panicked - so she knew this wasn't right.

When Nathan saw me, the smile instantly froze on his face, in stark contrast to his previous look of joy.

I walked up and punched Caelan hard.

Caelan fell to the ground, blood seeping from the corner of his mouth.

Nathan ran to Caelan's side, "What the hell is wrong with you?!"

Molly started hitting me, "Bad daddy, bad daddy! Why did you hit someone? Why did you hit Daddy Channing?!"

Nathan called out, "Molly! Don't talk nonsense."

The parents around us seemed to smell gossip in the air, gathering in a circle to watch the drama unfold.

Whispers spread.

"This guy must've been cheated on!"

"The kid's even calling someone else daddy!"
