In Niondra— the 'Floating Capital' of El Niora.

Small cities situated on the outer perimeters. The small mansions of the 'High Profile Individual', were evenly distributed through out those cities. It was alluring how magic could be used to form such geographical landscape.

Though what attracted the most was the center of the capital.

There was a vast garden, stretched endlessly. Most of the capital was covered by it. And at its center, there was a massive structure almost resembling the White House— in fact it was even bigger than that. And radiated stunningly in the mana that kept the land in its current condition.

The afternoon sunrays fall on the palace, making it gorgeous as a lone person was walking hurriedly. He was heading straight towards the main entrance of the palace.

It was Arnol Viser— the man who was famous as the Crazy Professor. The guards standing on the entrance didn't prevent him from entering.
