Chapter 89

Ivonne's POV

My eyes shut in fear and disgust of the thought of his lips touching mine, my body shivering in anxiety and helplessness as it appeared as if no one could hear me or come to my rescue.

In those moments, I had no idea Ria was calling out to Tobias's wolf as I was too paralyzed with panic to think. Just when his breath fanned my face, a shadow falling over my lids from his frame as he tried to kiss me,

As I readied myself for anything the shadow over my lids disappeared and I heard a crash provoking my body to jeer in shock, my eyes flashing open to discern the cause.

The first thing my vision caught sight of was a groaning Lincoln, rolling around on the floor, face scrunched up in possible pain as his palms gripped his legs as he squeezed himself in a foetal position, a web of cracks on the wall above him.
