Hank led Han Yu in a different direction, away from the entrance Han Yu had originally used. Han Yu didn't overthink it—if Hank had any tricks up his sleeve, Han Yu was curious to see them. Without hesitation, he followed.
The three of them passed through several doors, eventually arriving at an abandoned sewer system. Surprisingly, this place turned out to be the bar's emergency escape route.
Hank glanced around to confirm they were alone. He then smiled at Han Yu and said, "Alright, Mr. Han, there's no one nearby. It wouldn't be convenient for you to show up in the city center dragging this guy around, would it? I can arrange for a van to pick you up."
Hearing this offer, Han Yu was genuinely surprised. Hank was thoughtful—too thoughtful. If Han Yu had left through the bar's main entrance with the roaring and struggling Hulk, it would've caused quite the scene.
Although Hulk hadn't fully transformed into his monstrous form yet and his skin was still red, anyone familiar with the recent destruction incidents would quickly recognize him. Hank's solution saved Han Yu a lot of trouble.
"Thanks, I'll remember this," Han Yu said sincerely, patting Hank on the shoulder.
Hank smiled and, without hesitation, pulled a business card from his inner pocket, handing it to Han Yu.
"This has my real name, workplace, and phone number. If you ever need my help, feel free to reach out," Hank said.
A business card? Han Yu took it, glancing at the three lines written on it:
Martin Li, Devil's Hand, followed by a phone number.
"Martin Li, huh? Nice name—definitely easier to remember than Hank," Han Yu said casually, but internally, he was stunned.
The name wasn't unfamiliar to him. While most people wouldn't recognize it, Han Yu, a longtime Marvel fan steeped in both the movies and comics, knew it all too well.
This man had another name—Mister Negative.
Mister Negative could unleash negative energy to amplify others' negative emotions, no matter how close they were. Even the slightest grievances would be magnified, leading to infighting and chaos. He could also channel this energy into tangible energy waves or transform it into a physical form.
He was one of Spider-Man's formidable foes, and the Devil's Hand gang he led would eventually become one of the most powerful crime organizations in the United States.
What surprised Han Yu even more was that the Martin Li standing before him appeared Caucasian, while the Martin Li he remembered was of Asian descent.
"A disguise? Impressive," Han Yu thought to himself.
At that moment, something strange occurred. Martin felt an inexplicable sensation, as if Han Yu had seen through him entirely. It was as if handing over his business card had exposed all his secrets.
Han Yu, however, simply smiled, pocketed the card, and extended his hand for a handshake. "Mr. Martin, I hope we meet again. Once I've dealt with this guy, I'll make time to have a drink with you."
Martin was briefly stunned but quickly recovered, shaking Han Yu's hand with a smile. "I'll look forward to that day."
Without further delay, green energy surged from Han Yu's body, enveloping both himself and the bound Hulk. Together, they ascended into the sky.
"Oh, he can actually fly? Who is this guy, really?"
Martin stared at the spot where Han Yu had disappeared into the sky, his eyes filled with curiosity.
A few minutes later, several black vans slowly approached from different directions and stopped beside Martin. Out of the vehicles stepped a group of burly men. At first glance, one might assume they were there to attack him, but instead, they respectfully addressed him as "Mr. Li."
The faint smile on Martin's face vanished, replaced by an air of authority. In a calm voice, he asked, "Is everything at the bar taken care of?"
One of the burly men stepped forward and replied, "It's handled. Everyone has been warned. Those with common sense won't dare speak a word about it."
"Good." Martin nodded in approval.
The man hesitated for a moment before asking, "Do you want us to look into that man's background?"
It was clear he was referring to Han Yu, who had only given his name without leaving any other information.
Martin raised a hand and touched his neck. Suddenly, he gave a tug, peeling the skin off his face to reveal the features of an Asian man beneath. The skin he held was just part of his disguise.
His deep-set eyes gazed thoughtfully at the spot where Han Yu had disappeared. After a moment, he smiled faintly and said, "No need. Disperse. He said he'd come to me, and someone with abilities like his is clearly not an ordinary person. Investigating him rashly might anger him, and I don't want to ruin our relationship. For some reason, he seems to have a good impression of me."
Hearing this, the subordinates nodded and refrained from asking further questions. Whatever their boss said was law, and no one dared defy him.
Martin was known to treat his subordinates well. Under his leadership, none of them were considered expendable. However, he also enforced strict rules—one of the most important being the prohibition against defying superiors. The gang members adhered to this rule without exception.
With their orders clear, everyone went their separate ways. Martin returned to the bar, and the others went about their respective tasks.
This entire scene was witnessed by Han Yu from above. He was hovering silently in the sky, concealed by the invisibility effect of his green lantern energy.
"Not bad," Han Yu murmured with a satisfied smile. "I should really focus more on this—having connections in both the underworld and the legitimate world is key."
Though he was powerful, Han Yu didn't want to rely on brute force for everything. He preferred winning without a fight—it was less of a hassle. If every issue required his personal intervention, it would lower his status. Being able to solve problems with a single phone call, now that was real influence.
With that thought, Han Yu decided it was time to establish his own influence on Earth. If everything went smoothly, he might even expand to create an intergalactic organization in the future. After all, his ambitions weren't confined to a single planet.
Martin Li's actions pleased him. If Martin had chosen to investigate him, it would've soured their potential relationship. But Martin's decision not to dig into his background showed trust—or at least restraint—making him a worthy contact.
Nodding in approval, Han Yu turned and flew toward the direction of the general store. First, he needed to deal with the rampaging Hulk behind him.
The next morning, bright and early, Tony Stark and Steve Rogers—Iron Man and Captain America—rushed to the general store in a car. Han Yu had called to inform them that he had found the Hulk.
For the past few weeks, the two had been searching tirelessly for any news of Bruce Banner. When they received Han Yu's call, they were thrilled at first.
But then it hit them—Han Yu hadn't said "Bruce Banner."
He said Hulk.
