55: Tone

Sylvia lay in bed. Classes had started ages ago, but she was still in bed. No one had come to check up on her, no one sent her a message. It was like despite being the Co-Leader of Obsidian Nexus, she was an outsider.

She sat up in bed and looked in the mirror; her hair was a mess, and her eyes were limp and wet. She took a shower before combing out her long hair. Sylvia looked at a picture of her and another girl who looked like her by much, much younger.

The wolf girl turned it face down as she got dressed, Sylvia sighed.

...

Don and Ryan looked at each other as Jasmine stormed out, "It's like she hates us. After everything we've done for her." Don said with a hateful tone; a girl spoke up. It was Rebecca, and she looked frustrated with them, "You know, you two aren't her type. You two are just pathetic."

They looked at each other before back at Rebecca, "Excuse you?" Don said as he looked pissed off, "You two, just complain about how she doesn't like you. It's no mystery why she doesn't. You two are too clingy and obsessed over her to the point where she just sees you two as chores instead of people." Every word she said was flat. The Monotone voice made it even scary.

"Oh..." Ryan said he really thought about it, and he left the room and looked at Rebecca, "Despite what you think, I'm not exactly trying to get into her panties. Look when me and-"

She interrupted, "Yeah I don't care." It was a drastic change from her meek self to the snidely rude person. She walked out, too; Ryan did not go after Princess Jasmine, but he started to think about what Rebecca had said, was it true? Did she not like them?
