Fang Yi stepped out of the room and lit a cigarette, taking two heavy drags.
Around one in the morning, he had fallen asleep on the living room sofa, not tiptoeing to the room to peep at Shen Binan nor doing anything sleazy; if he'd wanted, he had his chance earlier.
He slept until the bright daylight revealed that he must have been too exhausted recently, as he didn't wake up as usual and indulged in continued slumber.
Someone opened the living room door and came in, and then Fang Yi heard a faint sound; the newcomer was tidying and cleaning the living room. Fang Yi opened his eyes, barely made out Xia Ziqi, and felt at ease enough to continue sleeping.
After a while, Xia Ziqi came over, pulled the blanket over Fang Yi, and covered his chest.
He couldn't sleep anymore.
Fang Yi sat up.
"You're awake, huh? Did I disturb you? Don't mind me, go back to sleep," Xia Ziqi hurriedly said.
"It's not that you disturbed me, I'm just hungry," Fang Yi replied, smiling.
