Jennie's secret

Jennie rushed to the restroom washed her face that was glowing blue as she recollected what happened on the day of the explosion.

On the day of the explosion Jennie was in her room reading kayne's message she giggled every time she read kayne's desperate messages then she saw his text notifying her he was at the karaoke bar already,she smiled and walked to the mirror "Kayne I really feel like playing with you know, you're interesting" she said as she gazed at the dressing mirror creepily,then she picked up a dress and went into the dressing curtain.while driving to the karaoke bar Jennie noticed something was wrong there was a sudden black out in edgen hills,even her cars GPS was misbehaving but she waved it off just as she resumed her focus on driving she saw from her car as edgen hills exploded releasing blue energy,she immediately pushed the break and came out of her car to be confirm what she was seeing.Then the aftermath of the explosion started spreading without warning Jennie watched as cars sped by her trying to escape the explosion aftermath that was destroying the street of edgen hills, immediately Jennie came back to her senses she also tried running back to her car but it was too late the blue energy released from the explosion hit and threw her off the bridge.

Jennie woke up to see a blue light that was so bright she had to close her eyes,then it started flashes of memories rushed over she had to rise up,"Those aren't my memories" Jennie was so confused that she didn't notice people looking at her,"Hey kid are you ok?" Jennie looked up to see a old man peering over...

Jennie walked out of the restroom rushing through the hallway 'The hero was Kayne,it all makes sense now he should have died during the explosion but I guess he got power's instead,I should act like I don't know,I can't afford risking my exposure.'

'Ding' Jennie checked her phone to see kayne's message 'Let's meet at the garden,I've something to tell you'. Jennie sighed.

Kayne stood in the garden,deep in thought. 'the only person who could actually guess I was the hero is Jennie maybe that's why she actually helped me.' he sighed and said emotionally "she must be sad,I hid something like that from her,she had to find out that way,I should right everything" he paused and continued with determination "Jennie deserves more than that,I would__" his words where cut of by Jennies voice "Kayne are you ok?hope you weren't frightened by that woman?" She asked in a tone that seems worried,Kayne was surprised by the unexpected question 'what is this,didn't she guess I was the one?What should I do now?' "ehm actually I want to tell you something" Jennie knew Kayne was unpredictable she immediately cut him off "let's talk about that later!". "Let's talk about it now,you should know"Kayne retorted, causing Jennie to sigh in exhaustion, "Kayne I'm tired currently can we do this another day I'm going home I will text you tonight bye" she pecked him and walked away...Jennie sighed and muttered"that was close".

Kayne was in class but he wasn't focused 'why didn't she recognize me?I should text her,no she said she was tired she should rest instead___"Hey loser are you dating Jennie?" Kayne heard the voice he hated the most in school,he looked up to see Steven's annoying and handsome face,Kayne smiled cockily "And what has that got to do with you?"
