      Kayne felt he was unlucky because of the standards he was forced to live with,the expectations he didn't ask for,he just felt like he was out of place until an encounter with a "stone" which eventually helped him in escaping his "world"

Kayne opened his eyes to see a towering figure above him sensing the impending danger Kayne watched him and asked carefully" why are you insistent on destroying humanity?"

"Why do you want to be a hero?"Miles asked in a cold yet familial tone.

"That's not fair I asked first old man." Kayne was frustrated by Miles evasion of his question, seeing Miles stoic expression he started talking.

"It's nothing grand,I have powers and I should be a hero____Is that bad?"

Miles sighed "I guess that's true,but if you aren't having a true purpose then you will eventually wear out and probably even go on the path of being a vilian or whatever you kids call it .......

Kayne listened as the old man continued giving lectures on being a good person,hero and all,he even lectured him on being a good boyfriend as time passed Kayne was forced to ask "What happened to you?"

Miles paused startled by the question,

'what happened to me?' he looked at the destruction he had wrought and sat down on a debris

"What happened to me?" Miles said as a tear escaped his eyes ,he removed his hat revealing a tired old face,he gazes into the distance as he saw the face of his dead wife waving at him.

kayne felt a pang in his heart as he watched the old man who he thought to be a dangerous man transform into a homely grandpa

"If I had a grandson I would've wished he was like you" Miles said watching Kayne longingly

"I wish I had a grandpa like you also___" Kayne paused realizing 'i can't believe I actually said that?'

The laughter went on for a long time before miles said "You don't have to be that defensive,it was hilarious you where like___Oh my god I just wished I had a murderer as my grandpa"

After teasing Kayne for a while he said "You're powerful I agree but you're not trained at all,your instinct,strategy and skills are so predictable that was what granted me the upper hand in our brawl___"

The old man paused and gave Kayne one last look "Thank you.You can go now the OIS would be here soon,my name is 'Miles The Guard'."
