Kayne opened his eyes to see a towering figure above him sensing the impending danger Kayne watched him carefully and asked " why are you insistent on destroying humanity?"

"Why do you want to be a hero?"Miles asked in a cold but melancholic tone

"That's not fair I asked first old man." Kayne said frustrated and sighed seeing miles stoic expression he knew he had no choice but to answer.

"It's nothing grand,I have powers and I should be a hero____Is that bad?"

Miles sighed "I guess that's true,but if you aren't having a true purpose then you will eventually wear out and probably even go on the path of being a villian or whatever you kids call it_________

Kayne listened as the old villian continued giving lectures on being a good person,hero and all he even lectured him on being a good boyfriend as time passed Kayne was forced to ask "what happened to you?" Miles paused after noticing he was advicing his enemy he smiled and said "habit's hardly dies".Miles saw down on a debris he removed his hat revealing a tired old face kayne felt a pang in his heart as he watched the old man who he thought to be a dangerous man recently transformed to be an homely grandpa "If I had a grandson I would've wished he was like you"

"I wish I had a grandpa like you also___" Kayne paused 'i can't believe I actually said that?"

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha"

The laughter went on for a long time before miles said "You don't have to be that defensive,it was hilarious you where like","oh my god I just wished I had a murderer as my grandpa"

After teasing Kayne for a while he said "You're powerful I agree but you're not trained at all your instinct,strategy and skills are so low that was what granted me the upper hand in our brawl___"

The old man paused and gave Kayne one last look "Thank you.You can go now the OIS would be here soon,my name is Miles the 'guard'."
