The only thought occupying their minds was finalizing the agreement.

Sarah scoffed and remarked bluntly, "Eager to ink the deal?"

"You're such a cold-hearted group. Do you really think you're worthy of entering into a contract with me?"

Sarah's biting words left Bryan and the others momentarily speechless.

"What are you implying?" Briela asked with a furrowed brow, her voice laced with disbelief.

Sarah maintained her composure as she retorted, "Have you been so inhumane for so long that you've forgotten how to comprehend basic human speech?"

"I, Sarah Quinn, am no fool. There's no chance I'd invest in someone as incompetent and merciless as you!"

"Instead of entertaining fantasies, why not focus on salvaging your company?"

Sarah spoke candidly, delivering the most honest and cutting remarks.

Briela's face flushed with rage.

If it weren't for her caution regarding Sarah's connections and influence, she might have lashed out physically right then and there.
