The Storm Begins

Ignoring Aphrodite, Marco carried his wives to his living room. After setting them down, he said, "I think I remember everything now."

He said with a slight smile on his face. Hearing him they both took a deep breath, they wanted to ask him if he remembered their first meeting but they remained silent.

"I didn't know what I was in the past" This information stunned both of them, Sonia silently listened wanting to know more about her master. "You see ... I am not actually a 'god' by normal standards, I am a being whose sole purpose was to predate everything in its path."

A melancholy look flashed across his face. He honestly was not too sure how to explain his situation.

"What I am is..." When Marco was about to explain 'in his opinion' weird situation "BOOOOOOM" a loud explosion was suddenly heard. Diya, Ema, Sonia and Aphrodite stopped listening to their respective conversations hearing the explosion.

Soon hundreds of presences spread throughout the city. A faint yet dangerous aura was felt by Marco's group, this aura although contained a deep savageness was quite well concealed.

It was well hidden but the sticky feeling of that malice cannot be forgotten. "Loki" Ema growled the moment she felt that bastard's presence. She was about to leave and exact her revenge for the deadly tricks she suffered in the past but she stopped upon seeing Marco's savage smile.

Everyone that saw that smile gulped, seeing pitch-black eyes filled with amusement everyone forgot to breathe. The situation was honestly too strange for his wives.

Marco stood up from the couch and casually walked towards his window. "Girls I will be back in around three minutes, Sonia can you put on a pot of tea? We can expect some guests"

Marco said casually before disappearing out the open window. Everyone who saw what Marco just did was stunned, they weren't expecting him to take care of Loki, another concern they had was the lack of information.

They were not sure how many beings suddenly came to Florence, yet he had so much confidence that he could take care of everything in three minutes. The moment Loki appeared in the city he looked around like a country bumpkin.

He was simply too excited, he had many subjects for his pranks. Even though he had a terrible track record due to his deadly pranks, he didn't particularly care.

So, what if a city was destroyed, as long as a god can have his fun it is all justified right? Most gods had this mentality, they were selfish by nature going as far as to backstab their family, friends and loved ones for a chance at power.

Loki's was honestly not as bad as someone like Zeus or Seth but there was not much difference. Mortals were all the playthings of the gods. That was as common sense in the supernatural world.

Everyone only respected the boundaries and rights of a person with power. If one had no power that being had no rights, from the twisted viewpoint of many gods' mortals were all their property to do with as they pleased.

As Loki began to drool at the prospect of playing with so many people a deep distorted voice rang out from behind him. "It has been a while 'friend'" As Loki heard that distorted voice, he felt a kick on his face as he was sent into space.

That day the government had many headaches as they had to sort out the sonic booms and the air pressure that made a tornado seem like a casual breeze. If not for Diya, Ema and Aphrodite's intervention Florence would have been reduced to rubble.
