His movements startled Cecilia, who immediately turned her gaze towards him, staring fixedly. She asked in a low voice, "Alston, is something wrong?"

Alston didn't move, murmuring quietly, "No, just going out for a walk."

Cecilia walked over to him. "Your allergy seems severe. What if there's some other danger? The doctor said you shouldn't go out."

At her words, a hint of impatience flashed across Alston's brow, but for the first time, he didn't confront Cecilia. "Fine, if I'm not going out, but I want some dumplings from the hospital. Could you get me a portion?"

Cecilia nodded without suspicion.

"If the doctor needs to administer any more medication while I'm out, don't accept it until I return."

"Do you really think you're a doctor? Want to be my personal physician? Then you should vacate Mrs. Faber's position first!" Alston suddenly mocked.
