The palace that housed all the participants was built with hidden tunnels centuries ago, along with hidden rooms that had no doors. The only entrance and exit were through the tunnel, one could use this information to their knowledge and keep someone imprisoned here for an eternity.
It was a maze, like my own castle.
Initially I came to teach Bellatrix the Elven etiquette in order to impress Thalion, briefing her on the culture and making her stand out.
But she did that all on her own.
There was an emptiness that seeped into my chest, emotions that didn’t seem rational were fizzling in my brain as flames soared through my veins. Bellatrix had this magnetic power that had everyone gravitating towards her, intrigued by the very essence of her soul.
