Ice and stars

In an apocalyptic world where storms rage and ice cover the land, a young man lives somewhat peacefully in a shelter. Orphaned from a young age the community helped him grow up. As he felt condemned to stay in the shelter his entire life, some events may stir up some trouble he will have to resolve.

On the other hand, two siblings face quite a different treatment as they struggle day after day in a dog-eat-dog life. How will they pull themselves out of their misery ?
