THE WOOD DWELLERS

Centuries ago,

The wood dwellers as their name suggested, had an inn built in the middle of the woods.

Over the past futile attempts, they had been able to come up with a solution to losing men and ensuring superior bargains.

Unsuspecting sojourners would instantly be overcome by a faux sense of relief on seeing the warm building and will be lured to spend some time in it.

And Princess Tema and her group had been one of these unsuspecting fellows.

After those solid hours without shelter, a room had never felt like heaven like that one had at that moment.

They had chosen to stay in separate rooms and soon after the little fire braziers in their respective rooms had warmed them, their meals were brought to them.

Julius was halfway into the meal when he felt slightly queasy. He forced the feeling away by drinking a good gulp of the water provided but it somehow persisted.
