A NEW DISCOVERY

Present Time,

Zeda was losing consciousness and they were going to get to her in no time.

He gathered her in his hands, the need to keep her awake and protected flaring within him. He knew that if he continued on the path he was going he would get to her destination, someway somehow.

And if they were uninterrupted, Zeda was going to live.

So he hurried.

‘‘Stay with me Zeda. Do you know who is speaking to you?’’ He questioned as he ran.

Zeda nodded, her face beginning to appear pale. That wasn’t a good sign. She was losing too much blood.

‘‘Respond with your words Zeda’’ He urged. Zeda couldn’t tell if was the pulling state of unconsciousness that was making her hear the addition of an ‘L’ to her name – something that only those that knew her in her past life do sometimes- or it was purely coincidental due to the movements.

‘‘Yes, I do, bodyguard.’’ She replied and she could feel snaps to the different tendons within her as she spoke.
