The glowing vines crept up the stone walls, casting an ethereal light that illuminated the entire cave. Their faint radiance seemed almost magical at first, but upon closer inspection, it became clear these vines lacked any true magical essence. Instead, the glow emanated from a natural chemical reaction, much like bioluminescence.
However, what Elephant truly wanted Oliver to see was not the glowing vines, but a crown, intricately woven from thorns, tangled among the vines!
The crown was formidable, jagged and sharp, with the thorns curving inwards, forming a nearly impenetrable structure. The thorns themselves were long and twisted, each one sharp enough to pierce through the skin of any who dared approach.
"This... this can repel magical creatures. Even you wouldn't dare get too close?" Oliver remarked, a hint of surprise in his voice. Elephant, with its yellow-tier magic, was hesitant to approach the thorned crown.
It seemed this was indeed a treasure worth investigating.
