CHAPTER 26: SIX TO ZERO

The first semi-final competition begun on Thursday morning with archery on the sports field; Nancy was facing Ashley while I was facing Philip. This fitted exactly with what I had planned was going to happen, as I had once said “All I knew was that if I wasn’t facing her in the finals, then I was facing Philip.” The games were set to begin at 09:00 AM, so I was arriving at the archery field straight from home with my parents. On my way to school the entire time I just kept looking outside the window thinking, going over the game, strategizing on how I was going to beat Philip. This was the beginning and the end of my revenge game which I swore to never look back. Since Ashley and Philip couldn’t remember who I was and what they had done to me in seventh grade, I was going to take this game and remind them very well and teach them a lesson they would never ever forget.
