Several days had passed since Aeka and Mina returned from their meeting with Godfrey Montclair and Theo Cobblepot in Umbrellis City for Aeka Touch expansion. During that time, a new identity document had been prepared for Mina under the name Luciana Montclair, officially recognizing her as the daughter of Godfrey Montclair's younger brother.

That morning, Vergil informed his adopted daughters that later in the day, they would retrieve Mina's new identity documents and visit the estate. As usual, Vergil spent the first half of the day running his medical practice, with Freya assisting him in treating patients. However, once the clinic closed at noon, he and Freya shifted their focus to overseeing the construction of the new brothel in Avalorne.
