In the central hall of the kingdom, Frad stood deep in thought, searching for a way to lure Nate under his control. The issue of Nate troubled him greatly, especially after the death of his father.
Meanwhile, Nate woke up early, donned his armor, and headed to the training field. He trained skillfully with the warriors, who hailed him for his prowess in combat. Over time, Nate had gained significant influence and power in the Moha kingdom. After his training, he sat down to observe his surroundings, contemplating his return home. He was already aware that a spy was tracking him, making it necessary for him to stay vigilant.
As he sat, one of his men approached him, carrying bread and beef. Nate looked at him and asked, "What is your name, warrior?"
The young warrior replied, "My name is Alfred, and I would love to train and serve under you, General."
Nate smiled. "That sounds good. I admire your morale and your skills. If you are ready to learn, I will personally train you."
As they continued their conversation, a warrior approached them and informed Nate that the king wished to see him. Without hesitation, Nate followed the warrior to the palace. Upon arrival, the central door was opened, and Nate entered, greeting the king before kneeling. The king gestured for him to rise.
Frad inquired, "How are things progressing in the military and state affairs?"
Nate responded, "Everything is going smoothly, my lord."
The king then said, "I believe you should take a break and travel around the kingdom. Enjoy some time for yourself. What do you think about that?"
Nate bowed slightly and replied, "My lord, your wish is my command. I will carry out your order immediately."
Showing his gratitude to the king, Nate departed. However, Frad was both furious and pleased. As he paced in his chamber, he devised a plan to eliminate Nate during his journey. He secretly sent a letter to his elite warriors, instructing them to ambush Nate.
That night, Nate, suspicious of the king's suggestion, gathered his closest friends and shared his concerns. Jos, one of his trusted men, warned him, "This is a trap. You must be extremely careful." Meanwhile, Nar sent a letter to his forces stationed in Lila, a small border town near Moha, instructing them to secretly follow and protect Nate at all costs. They all grew wary of Frad's schemes.
At dawn, Nate set out on his journey, taking Alfred with him. As they traveled through the forest, Alfred curiously asked, "General, I heard you have won many battles and that your enemies fear you greatly. What makes them so afraid? Do you possess magic?"
Nate chuckled and replied, "There is more to power than you think. My enemies call me the 'Breaker of Doors' because I break through their defenses and strike them down. They are the enemies of the people."
Alfred listened intently, absorbing wisdom from the seasoned warrior. That night, they set up camp in the forest. In the middle of the night, Nate heard strange noises coming from the east. He stood up and signaled Alfred to stay silent. Something sinister was approaching.
Suddenly, a monstrous beast with flames on its head lunged at them. Nate fought fiercely, using both his sword and magic. More beasts emerged, prompting Alfred to summon his wings. Nate managed to kill the first beast before Alfred lifted him into the air. The creatures pursued them, flying swiftly. In mid-air, Nate summoned his golden magical armor and fought the beasts, slaying many before the remaining ones retreated.
At dawn, exhausted but determined, Nate and Alfred continued their journey toward Lila, unaware that Frad's secret warriors were tracking them. As they reached a river, the hidden warriors fired arrows at them. Nate, alert, quickly dodged and drew his sword. A fierce battle ensued. Alfred was wounded but fought back with his magic. Despite his strength, Nate was gradually weakened by the enemy's relentless attacks. An enchanted arrow struck his back, causing him to stagger. Summoning the last of his strength, he called forth his armor and continued the battle.
The enemy warriors unleashed their own magic, but Nate fought valiantly, killing hundreds of them. Eventually, he and Alfred were captured and tied together. Just as their execution seemed imminent, an arrow shot from an unknown direction struck one of their captors. More warriors emerged, attacking Frad's men and rescuing Nate and Alfred.
Meanwhile, back in his chamber, Frad awaited news. The few surviving warriors returned and reported their failure. Enraged, Frad executed two of them before dismissing the others. He clenched his fists and muttered, "Nate, you are very lucky... for now."
