CHAPTER 11

" I can't believe Jason chose to keep you partnered up with Megan..." Luke said as he walked with Macy to class.

" Neither can I . I think the guy has something against me ..." Macy said .

They both laughed as they cut a corner in the hallways to bump into Harry. He smiled and pulled Macy by her waist.

" You too are overly sweet it's annoying..." Luke said." I'll meet you in class..."

Macy turned to meet Harry's gaze as he leaned in and kissed her. She smiled in between their kiss .

" You free tonight!" Harry asked.

Macy nodded " Why?"

" I want to pick off where I left off last time ..."

Macy laughed as she placed her hand on his chest . She drew circles around it and then looked in his eyes.

" I have no idea what you're talking about...."

" How about I remind you..."

Harry leaned in and kissed her passionately as his friends whistled. They both laughed but didn't break off the kiss.

" I think the upcoming wolf moon will help you shift..." Danny said to Judy as they walked down the hallway.

" I hope so. I'm the only one in my pack that hasn't shifted..." Judy said. " Mom and Jenny are the strongest compared to me . I'm a liability..."

Danny smiled . " How about you join us ..the boys and I are going out..."

Judy nodded as they walked into class. Macy and the rest soon followed and took their seats . Professor Aisha soon followed.

" Hello....I'm professor Aisha..." She introduced herself. " I will be teaching a class on magic and the creatures since all of you have manifested their power...."

Each student had now acquired their power . Judy had X-ray vision after she saw right through her classmate. Danny was a psychometric with ability to tell an objects past through touch.Luke was a shape shifter and Macy chose to go with Genokinesis, earth wilder.

Inspute of all this their powers were a secret not being shared easily. Only the gang shared their power among themselves.

" Now I believe most of you have visited the valley while some have seen the creatures up close..." Aisha said.

All the students nodded in agreement. She then went on to explain about the valley being home to some of the most hidden creatures.

" So after you visited what did you think..." Aisha asked.

" Well for a fact...they are quite reserved..." A student at the front row said.

" Yeah but the Pegasus are quite friendly..." Grey , a guy with glasses by the door said.

" Well the creatures are like us with different personalities..." Aisha said. " The Pegasus are friendly that's why we use them to deliver supplies and interact with people. The griffins are boastful. Always think they are the top of the food chain. Goblins are cunning and fo things if they have benefits..."

Aisha walked around the class explaining this details.

" Dragons ?" Henry asked." I haven't seen any..."

" That's because they aren't in the valley..." Aisha said.

" It's because of the power they hold..." Danny said.

" Well yes and cause they are free spirited. They don't like to be held down and do not receive orders from anyone..." Aisha said.

Macy leaned back in her chair as she recalled having heard the guards say there was a dragon in the valley.

" Ask when was the last sighting..." Macy whispered over to Judy.

" What?!"

" Just ask!" Macy said.

Judy sighed then raised her hand. " When was the last sighting?"

Aisha cleared her throat and looked over to Macy but Macy kept her head facing the ground.

" A hundred years back..." Aisha said and everyone gasped in shock. " Last sighting was a hundred years back..."

Macy shook her head and delved into her thoughts. Why were they lying?

" We shall pick up from there..." Aisha said as the bell rang. She left and Luke who sat infront of Judy and Macy turned around to face them .Danny and Henry pulled their chairs from their respective rows ti join them .

" They are lying..." Luke started off. " Macy and I overheard the guards say they spotted a dragon in the valley..."

" But why lie..." Danny asked.

" Whatever it's all about it must be a big deal..." Judy said.

Just then Grey barged in ." Oh good your all here..." He said adjusting his glasses." You're being summoned to the Masonry hall..."

" Wait isn't that where they do their interrogations..." Judy asked.

" Everyone has their story in check..." Henry asked. They all nodded.

" We got you..." Danny said ." Now let's go ..."

They were all placed in different rooms as Harley and Cole came to interrogate them.

" So you know nothing if what happened to Mark..." Harley asked.

" Nothing..." Danny said.

" Did something happen..." Luke asked leaning in the wooden table.

" Tell me what happened..." Harley said looking over at Cole.

" Well we were all together..." Luke started off.

" We saw the upcoming storm and picked up our pace and spotted a cave for shelter..." Henry said.

" We all went to it and upon arrival we saw that Judy and Mark were left behind..." Macy said as Cole took down notes.

" Why were you left behind..." Harley asked.

" Well we were following the rest when Mark seemed off. He started screaming and complaining of a migraine. His eyes turning white..." Judy explained. " I didn't know what to do so I left him ..."

" When we came back he was nowhere to be seen...." Macy said lowering her gaze to her fingers.

" Is that all..." Cole asked.

They all nodded.

" Did something happen?" Henry asked.

" We'll get back to you..." Harley said releasing him.

" Do you believe them ?" Cole asked.

" They're young and a tight group. Of course I don't believe them ..." Harley said." Keep an eye on them..."
