WELCOME TO HELL

Memories…! They rushed into me like flood, bringing with them a great burden, the hunger for vengeance. That hunger made me even heavier than I had become already, making me unworthy of even the Earth plane.

While I sat there thinking of vengeance, the ground beneath my feet cracked open. Fear gripped me, but before I could think of anything… WHOOF! I fell off.

It was the infamous bottomless pit. Only darkness filled it up, and my heart-wrecking scream was the only sound that echoed in the pit.

The impact of the speed at which I was falling was too tremendous and powerful, so much that I blacked out.

I didn't know how long it took me to complete the fall but It felt like forever. What helped me was the black out, that was truly an escape.

Bang! Bang!

Feeling two heavy blows on my head, I jumped on my two feet in a rush, my body was covered in dirt and dust I got from the ground I was laying. I held my head tight to help ease the pains from the blows.

What hit me harder than the blows though was… confusion. I was both confused and shocked at the sight of the strangest place I had ever seen.

For a moment I began to wonder where I was, but a heavy low tone voice echoed;

"Welcome to hell!"

my entire being shook. I looked and beheld a horrifying ugly gigantic creature standing right in front of me.

[Hell?… That is the kind of welcoming address I would had never dreamed of receiving] I thought.

"I can never be in hell Sir." I rebeled.

The ugly creature gazed at me and blurted: "Where do you think you are?"

Before I could think of a respond, the creature clenched it fist tightly and shouted; "Ready for another round of blows?"

My eyes widened.

"Wait! It was your fist on my head? Those blows?" I asked rather nonchalantly.

"Move it!" The creature shouted.

I began to walk as fast as my feet could handle. The ugly creature followed behind me like a bodyguard.

Millions of thoughts came streaming into my mind; I knew, I was not perfect, but there was no way I could be in hell. It was just too bad to be true.

Where could people like Pahpa go?!

I was raised by a good family, very devoted to what they believed in. They taught me good morals, all of which I followed. How did I end up in a freaking ugly smelly place as this?

I was worried that I was earthbound, but then, I became too heavy for even the earth to hold me… I sank to hell. Never what I expected.

Breaking me out of my thoughts was a heavy push from behind, the ugly creature sending a hola. "You walk too slow weakling. Hurry up!" In it deep horrifying voice.

While on our journey to wherever place the creature was taking me, I was doing my best to check out environment. If perhaps there could be even the tiniest hope of escaping.

The place was just as I was taught hell would look. I could not see any skies, meaning, we were down below, perhaps deep beneath earth. After all, it took me what felt like forever to get there.

The entire environment was colorless, only reddish brown, because of the excess dust and dirt there. Every part of it was oozing with bad smells and dirty intoxicating green smokes.

The place was made of valleys within valleys, caves within caves. One would stumble upon sharp stones and death bodies when walking.

I was in my ghost form, but in there, I had never felt more coarse in my entire life. I was heavier than I was on earth. Even so While walked, my feet were painfully heavy.

"Move faster or I throw blows on you again" The creature echoed.

Neglecting the creature's warning, I halted, feeling to heavy to move. I didn't know hunger could be a thing for ghosts, but I felt like my intestines were on fire.

"I can't, I am hungry please." I pleaded.

It busted into a loud heavy ugly laughter. "Hungry huh?"

The ugly creature squatted, deepen it hand inside the excess dust on the road we've been walking on, and fetch something in it hand. It got up again, it face carrying a ridiculous smile.

"Here eat this." Offering me what it took from the ground.

When my gaze fell upon the thing in the creature's hand, my heart almost sprouted out of my mouth. I felt a chilling fear rose from within me. My eyes widened by the disgust I felt.

"Is that a human hand?" My voice cracked.

"It is food and you are hungry." Said the creature.

"I-I… I don't eat death bodies." I stammered.

The creature screamed at me at the top of it voice. "Youuuu must eeeeeaaat-"

"vo'ak!" A voice sweeter, softer, sharper but much more menacing than the ugly creature's echoed through the entire place.

The ugly creature chilled, bowed in veneration and answered: "Yes my lord!"

"Why are you tormenting my special guest?" the voice asked.

My face squeezed in confusion. "Special guest?"

The ugly creature whom was addressed as 'Vo'ak' slapped me hard on the face… Bang! The impact of his slap threw me down into the piled up dust.

"shut your mouth, when the lord speaks, no one dare speak." Vo'ak shouted at me.

For a moment, everywhere remained pin drop silent. I pulled myself up, dusted myself and gained my balance again.

Then the 'lord' broke the silence as if it was waiting for me to get up.

"If you lay your ugly orc hand on my guest again, I will obliterate every fibre of you Vo'ak"

Vo'ak bowed again this time in fear. "I am sorry my lord."

The 'lord' continued: "You shall not take him were the other miners are.

Bring him to my chamber. For he is my special guest and I shall treat him as one.

Waste no time or I will waste you."

Vo'ak gazed at me with fury and hatred but there was nothing it could do. It had to carry out the command of it lord.

It was then that a realization came to me. In a place as that, even in hell, there was a Lord over lords. A lord like Vo'ak could only dread at the voice of the greater Lord.

My thoughts went even wilder. I thought: [If were I am is hell, what if the 'lord' is the devil himself? And if it is true, how could I be a special guest in the devil's chamber?]

After passing through several valleys and caves and even mini mountains, we finally reached a place. I was drastically tired that I passed out several times on the way.

Vo'ak had to take me on it shoulders, it had to make sure I reached the lord's in one piece. The tiredness was not the only factor that affected me, there were some places we went through, those places dreaded me so much that I would pass out just by being there.

"Wake up!" Vo'ak shook me.

I opened my eyes from my slumber. My eyes widened in awe, fear and excitement. I screamed;

"Dragons?"

It was obvious we had entered a territory of dragons. We were in the mist of lots of them, some relaxing on the ground, while some flying up and down.

Vo'ak pointed on one of the resting dragons and said:

"We will ride on that one."

The dragon Vo'ak pointed at stood up on four legs, stretched her wings in readiness and shouted in her vibrating dragon voice: "Climb on, and I shall take you as fast as I can."

While enroute on the dragon's back. I had a better view of the place. The size of which was unfathomable. Fires, brimstone, smokes, and even volcanoes all erupting from different angles and cracks of the place.

Reaching the topmost point of an extremely high mountain, probably the highest in the hellish realm, we climbed down the dragon's back. I thought that was it, but my thoughts were disappointed when a portal opened below our feet and off we went down again.

We kept falling in an unbearable speed, until we both landed on our feet and without a scratch. We landed in a place that looked like a tunnel and a road.

We began to walk through the tunnel road, I observed that the tunnel had different features from the hellish realm itself. It had clean ground, beautiful flowers sprouting from all corners of the place. Even the walls looks like they were adorned in gold and silver.

It was less like a tunnel to the devil's chamber, and more like a narrow road to heaven.

I couldn't help but ask Vo'ak; "How is this tunnel different from the whole other places?"

Vo'ak groaned and answered in his signature vibrating monster voice;

"It is the road to the Lord's chamber."

"Do the 'Lord' live in heaven?" Curiosity took the best of me.

"Keep asking me questions puny boy and I will rip your mouth off." Vo'ak barked.

"Defying the lord's command not to lay a hand on me?" I smirked.

Vo'ak said nothing, it only groaned and continued walking. I followed behind it as fast as I could. One step of that monster could cover ten steps of mine.

After walking for a long while yet again, we finally came to the end of the beautiful tunnel, we stood before a huge door. Vo'ak banged at the door.

Grrrrr!

The huge door opened by itself. We walked into a place, a place even more beautiful than the tunnel. The door was protecting a beautiful heavenly garden. Full of flowers, tall reddish trees, beautiful brooks and pools all over.

No morning, no noon, no evening, only twilight. It looked like autumn ruled there. I saw a lot of leaves dropping consistently on the ground and in the waters yet, no one seemed to care to clean them.

"Enough with the looking," Vo'ak said, "Go over there, the Lord awaits you." He pointed at a place that look like a dinning table.

It was only when he pointed at the place that my eyes opened. I saw a man dressed in a long nice white robe, long enough to flow on the clean tiled ground.

As I approached the man, I saw that he wore a veil over his face, because of that, even while I sat opposite to him, I still couldn't see his face.

"Welcome to my chamber." His sweet soft voice rang.

The sound of his soft voice adding to the powerful aura the man emits relaxed me. I felt the kind of relaxation i never knew existed.

Every fear I felt, every doubt, all disappeared. I smiled a bit and replied: "Thank you Sir."

"You must be starving," he said, "My servants will serve you delicacies from my chamber."

I sighed in relieve. "Thank you Sir."

"You are welcome Sol."

[Sol?] my heart pounded… Boom! As if banged by a sleigh hammer. First he said I was his special guest, then he casually called me by my name. How the hell could someone as far as beneath the earth know me?

"You know my name?" I asked.

He smirked and answered. "You are Sol IbnuRa, Freda's sex toy."

My heart sank, I never knew ghost had blood, because I felt my blood becoming hot, rushing into every part of me. My head began to spin like a ferris wheel.

How did he know about me and Freda?

I gathered a little courage and asked: "Who are you?"

He didn't say anything, he only slowly pulled off the veil over his face… at first I didn't recognize him but suddenly, pictures of someone flashed before my eyes. Pictures I saw only in one place while I was alive on earth, Freda's bedroom walls.

"Mr. Gabriel?" I screamed.
