Village of Grass

Rope spread his wings of fire and flew through the air while a transparent barrier topped the front.

Celebi sat on Rope's shoulder and watched Rope, feeling more and more immodest about this human. After all what kind of human could actually manage to fly with open wings.

You're Harry Potter on a broomstick.

"I don't want to fly by myself either." Rope was also a little bitter.

"But I didn't bring Charizard by myself, and that Hoopa guy didn't come, and it's not like you can fly with me." So saying, Rope's face filled with disgust as she looked at Celebi.

A cross bloomed out of Celebi's brain, listen to this talk of human words!

Celebi was no bigger than Rope's two hands combined. Isn't it too much to ask a Pokémon of this size to carry Rope around?

Thinking so, Celebi wanted to give Rope a hard slap. This Rope guy couldn't be beaten to death anyway.

"I always feel like you're thinking about something really dangerous."

Rope turned his head to Celebi.

Celebi shook her head without hesitation and said, "How could I do anything to hurt you?"

Rope was silent for a moment, then said, "I'm talking about being dangerous to you."

Celebi's mouth twitched.

You guys are definitely threatening me!

But thinking this way Celebi also felt that Rope this guy was a little more real. After all, Celebi and Rope weren't actually familiar with each other. With this kind of simple little joke, the relationship between the two had also gotten a lot closer.

Celebi looked at the person underneath him, and for a while, he was also a little unsure of what to say. After all, it seemed that this powerful fellow really wasn't as bad to get along with as those Legendary Pokémon.

You know, most of those Legendary Pokémon, except for Ho-Oh and Lugia and Xerneas and a few others like that, weren't very easy to get along with.

In particular, the Hoenn Three Fools, nah, the Three Gods are typical.

Rayquaza is obsessive, and with outsiders it's a matter of making sure to do away with them no matter how many casualties and damages they'll cause. It could also be said to be overly territorial.

Similarly, Groudon and Kyogre are also a territorial problem.

These two guys' territories are in direct conflict. If Kyogre was ready to go to the ozone layer to expand his territory, then I guess Rayquaza wouldn't be the two of them to beat up together.

Instead, he'd catch Kyogre and beat him to death.

What, why isn't Groudon going to fight Rayquaza for territory?

Because Groudon can't fly.

And of course they're not the only ones, Yveltal, and some of the other gods aren't exactly good negotiators either. The secondary gods and Mythical Pokémon are all right, though. Primary Gods can be really temperamental...

And Rope's current status was definitely considered a First Level God. The temper is considered pretty good, too.

Celebi felt that it would be a good thigh if she could.

"What exactly are we going to do here?"

Celebi asked, opening her mouth. There were a few moments of doubt as he looked at the patch of forest below. After all, this Rope guy hadn't even greeted Sennogi and the others when he left the Lake Village, only leaving a note saying he'd be back in a few days.

They were definitely going to have to go back. Because from where they entered this time node, they had to go out.

That's right, time travel, it's such an inconvenient thing.

Although Celebi felt that Rope really wasn't necessarily bound by such temporal rules right now, but no matter what, there was no harm in being careful.

I just don't know what Sennogi will think during the time Rope is gone.

Celebi looks at Rope, the heartless one. Seriously, if Sennogi gets red-eyed in front of Celebi, Celebi guesses she'll have to go soft.

As it turned out, it probably wouldn't do anything when it came to Rope.

No, it might do something, like make Rope feel guilty or something. But Rope will still do what he needs to do. She won't change her choices just because Sennogi is distressed.

If you think about it, a person like Rope who can focus on what he needs to do does have the potential to become something great.

Rope had no idea what Celebi was thinking and really wasn't much interested is all.

"We're going to another village related to the Origin."

Rope replied simply, "It's the Village of Grass, another of my previous assistants was born in the Village of Grass. And the root cause that turned my attention away from Plate's collection and onto the Origin was also the Village of Grass."

Rope briefly put in what he was doing at the time in the Village of Grass chief and Diana.

Speaking of which, it had been a while since Diana had returned home after the New Year.

Thinking so, Rope rubbed his brow.

No, I did give Diana a week's vacation. Only because of my own reasons. It was a bit of a long week.

That's not true, how many things have happened in less than a week?

Speaking of which, Diana is one of the girls around Rope who is very distant.

She has been actively keeping a distance from Rope. She doesn't want to get too close to Rope and get herself trapped.

I can't say that every girl who gets close to Rope will become unfortunate. But those who get caught up in it won't have a good ending.

"Village of Grass..."

Celebi had a thoughtful look in her eyes.

After all, she had the Grass-type among her attributes. And Sennogi, who was able to fuse the Water Origin, had that kind of strength even after fusing the Water Origin... then this Legendary Pokémon of hers...

"Rope don't you have any interest in the Origin of Fire?"

Celebi asked Rope coldly.

Rope swept another glance at Celebi as if she saw something and said seriously, "No interest. I'll utilize it temporarily if necessary, but I'll never truly rely on this power."

Celebi was obviously a bit surprised by this answer.

"Why?"

She could tell that Rope was the type of person who sought after personal strength again, but the way Rope was saying it now didn't sound like the words of someone who was obsessed with strength.

"There's nothing to be surprised about, is there?" Rope looked at Celebi and shook his head before turning his head and looking ahead. Seemingly intentionally or unintentionally, he spoke, "Don't forget that things given by others have hidden dangers. Not to mention temporarily borrowing someone else's power."

"Using the power lent to you by the gods to oppose the gods is itself a stupid, stupid, stupid thing to do."

Celebi was a little silent as she heard this. Although it was true that she didn't really understand Rope's thoughts. But it also had to be said that Rope's words did make sense. Of course, this kind of making sense was based on...

Rope's premise of dealing with Arceus. He had already classified Arceus as a 'possible enemy', or perhaps even an 'enemy', in his own consciousness.

Celebi shuddered at the thought. Such a thing was unthinkable in their minds.

Rope sensed that Celebi was off, but he said nothing. He knew the position Arceus held in the hearts of these Pokémon. It simply couldn't be shaken by Rope's three or two words.

To put it simply, it had been building up its power for a long time.

They weren't like a guy like Rope, who had even taken Arceus under his wing in the middle of the original world's game, and had even made a point of using a Pokéball of this quality to subdue this God of Creation.

Not only had Rope never experienced Arceus' power up close, but more importantly, he even thought that Arceus was just a more powerful Pokémon.

But in Rope's observation, these gods even regarded Arceus as a god above gods. Except for Hoopa, who dared to show a bit of verbal disrespect, and Necrozma and Eternatus, who were outsiders who dared to challenge Arceus. The other Pokémon are really just respectful.

As for the most disrespectful, it's probably Mewtwo. After all, he had never seen the power of Arceus, nor had he experienced Arceus' rule.

They always harbor a basic disrespect towards Arceus.

Rope looked at this onion head in front of his eyes and said, "Never think of taking someone else's ability's as your own power, that in itself is a form of jealous disrespect."

"More to the point...once you use someone else's power, there's a good chance that you'll be subject to it, and that's something I really don't want to accept."

Everyone had to be clear about the source of their power. Rope would be able to bring out the original power of the Power Seed as long as he broke through the rule bindings of this world, and then just cultivate it in a step-by-step manner.

However, just like what was said before, Rope's real cultivation would also be after she broke through this world's binding Yu.

Celebi fell into silence as she listened to this argument of Rope's, a thoughtful look on her face.

Rope looked at her like this and knew that she still had more or less some questions. Still, this kind of thing had to be thought about slowly. Other than that, as far as Rope knew, if there was a chance, those gods would not let go of any opportunity to possess Plate or the Origin.

Even if the attributes didn't match there wouldn't be any hesitation at all.

Because in a sense, Arceus' power was already on two levels with them. At least in terms of the nature of the energy it was two levels up.

Arceus' power level was not to be talked about. The nature of his energy was definitely a high level in the void.

"Is that village up ahead the Village of Grass you're looking for?"

Celebi suddenly tugged at Rope's hair and spoke, pointing at a building on the ground ahead.

Rope scrutinized it carefully, then pulled out the crystal ball from is own bosom, then nodded seriously and said, "That's where it is."

With that, he rushed straight down towards the location of Village of Grass.

Moments later, Rope landed on the ground.

Of course he wouldn't be foolish enough to skyrocket in the village, he had no choice but to land in front of Sennogi's before, so he couldn't continue to be sick now.

Rope patted the non-existent dust on his body and calmly said, "Let's go, let's enter the village."

With that, he walked in the direction of Village of Grass.

Celebi looked at the calm village, but didn't sense anything out of place. Then she released her senses a little more that way, but still had no luck.

But she soon realized something was wrong, in her senses, Rope was just as much a mere human as anything else.

But it wasn't like Celebi didn't know what Rope was. So she was about to doubt her own perception now.

Shaking her head silently, Celebi followed in Rope's footsteps. Following him to see what was going on in this village.

Within a few steps, Rope had already seen the Village of Grass. Compared to what he had seen after more than sixty years, things were a little better here than the twilight of that was.

At least there were more or less a few children to be seen playing at the entrance of the village. Seriously though, Rope didn't really care about the basics of this village. After all, the only other person in this village that Rope really cared about was Danae.

And right now... there's no sign of either Diana's mom or dad yet, right?

Thinking about this, Rope felt that he should try not to make too much of a scene in this village. After all, in case something did get out of hand and caused Danae to disappear from history, this would be a big problem for Rope.

With the inexplicable change in history last time and Celebi's state of looking the other way on this matter, Rope was full of uncertainty and caution about what was going on here.

Celebi could see Rope's thoughts and reminded in a low voice, "There's no need to be so careful, the timeline is far stronger than you think."

After thinking about it, Celebi still looked up silently and scratched his head, "But you shouldn't go too far..."

Rope interrupted her with a nod.

"I'm well aware of that."

With that, Rope took a quick step in the direction of the village, I believe.

And at the entrance of the village, a child who was playing noticed the youth over there and the somewhat strange-looking Pokémon following him, scratching his head.

The child narrowed his eyes, then pulled up a little girl and whispered something to her. The little girl looked in Rope's direction and nodded, then ran towards the village.

The little boy then ran in Rope's direction.

Rope saw the little boy's figure. So simply stopped and waited for the little boy to come.

The little boy ran fast with a big smile on his face.

"Brother! What are you?" The little boy looked like he was smiling innocently and harmlessly.

But Rope, who had just seen him send someone back to report the news, didn't think that the child in front of him was some kind of naive child. Even if he was a child, he was definitely not naive.

The location of Kusunoki Village is very remote, and nowadays, when the security is not so good, it is not possible to live well in this place by being honest.

Rope looked at the boy in front of him and smiled, "I came to your village to find something, no offense."

The smile on the boy's face grew even wider when he heard Rope's words.

Celebi looked at this big and little one in front of him who was smiling and felt like he was seeing two foxes.
