The following morning, Ethan found himself on the couch.

The previous evening, he had been sitting by himself in the living area, deep in contemplation. He periodically checked the time and eventually dozed off on the sofa.

Ethan completed his morning routine and headed to the legal office.

"Ethan, you're the only one who can assist me now."

Sandy's eyes were brimming with tears, looking quite distressed.
