Upon the arrival of the alien soldier, Thorin, still struggling to make sense of everything, clenched his teeth. "Dammit, what now?! What do they want from us this time?!"
None of us had any answers, though. The alien soldier stood motionless—silent, imposing and intimidating—fixing its gaze on John with an intensity that made John tremble.
Eventually, after a moment of hesitation, John mustered the courage to speak, his voice shaky. "D-Did I do something wrong?? I mean, the trial said only one of us can proceed to the final stage, right? So... I figured I should get rid of these six guys to make sure that I'm the only one who gets to advance."
It was then the alien soldier, who had remained silent the entire time, suddenly spoke. "Ah, don't mind me. I'm just here to deliver a message."
"Oh, what is it?" John asked, his voice respectful as he stared up at the giant 12-foot-tall alien soldier.
