Big Trouble

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggghhhh!!!" I screamed as I ran away.

I don't know for sure if she would torture me like John did, but based on her tone, I could already tell she sounded like a psycho. So yeah, hell no! I'm not dealing with this shit again!

My mind couldn't think straight. I knew running away was futile, yet I couldn't stop myself. The intense fear clouded my thoughts, and out of pure instinct, I just ran. It was like seeing a tiger in the wild—you know it's pointless to run because you can't outrun a tiger, but your body just moves on its own. That's how I'm feeling right now.

I shot down the hallway, my heart racing. I had no clue where I was going, but I knew one thing: I needed to get away as far away from Sona. Every step felt like it was the last one before I lost my mind.

The sound of my feet hitting the marble ground and carpet echoed, and I could almost hear her footsteps chasing me from behind, even though I wasn't looking back.
