"You didn't apologize at first. You started apologizing only after I ran behind you," Helena snorted and complained directly.
Vernon looked at her in shock but did not refute. He lowered his head, "I am sorry. I really did not mean that."
Helena crossed her arms, pouted, and turned her head away from him while scoffing. "Hmph."
"Okay, okay. Helena, I will teach a lesson later. Now that he apologized, let this matter be and get back to work, will you? You have yet to wear your dress. Did you see the time?" Jemma looked at Helena.
Helena pursed her lips. She looked at Vernon and glared. Then she looked at Jemma and nodded obediently.
"I am almost ready, sister Jemma. See, everything is done. All that's left is to wear my dress now. That's all."
She twirled around to show her hair to Jemma.
