"What did you say?" Vernon scowled.
"Don't get angry at me. You should listen to me first, right? You have the right to know everything that happened. That was why I came to you," The man spoke sincerely, while looking straight into Vernon's eyes, showing he was sincere and not afraid because he was telling the truth and nothing else.
Vernon raised his eyebrow. He did not say anything except: "Tell me what you want to say."
It wasn't clear if he trusted the man or not, but the man felt relaxed that Vernon was ready to listen to him.
"I saw Helena talking to him," The man said.
"Who?" Vernon crossed his arms and asked.
"The Prince. Who else?" The man said.
Vernon narrowed his eyes, "So? He was our guest. How could Helena not talk to our guest? Just because she talked to him, she became responsible for my sister-in-law's kidnap?"
