“Unlucky” would be the nice way to describe Lucas’ luck. He wasn’t just down bad. He was practically cursed.

As someone who never asked to exist, he’s had to experience medical torture, imprisonment, and eventually death. And that was just his first life.

And his double body, the one who should be attending school, perished in an ambush.

So now, he’s forced to resolve his existential crisis while attending a school he never even enrolled in. 

He’ll have to conquer his flimsy body, his brooding roommate, and his picky-eater “dungeon”—all that on top of surviving impending doom.

Xavier already imagined what the remaining week would look like for him. But contrary to his plans, he would barely see Luca's shadow in the following days.

If not for their classes together, he would've assumed that the chipmunk had fled the school altogether.

Well, his guess wasn't that far off.

The pseudo-octopus became so busy he momentarily forgot the embarrassing events that had recently transpired.

When he woke up in the infirmary, he heard from the Doctor that he was brought in there after fainting.

Frankly, Irina was waiting for the ball to drop. She was a citizen of the Empire and had obviously heard about Lord Luca Kyros.

While he looked angelic as he slept, Irina still made mental preparations to accept whatever he would throw at her.

Just because he looked like this while sleeping wouldn't mean he was going to be tolerant of being beaten up (She still held on to this belief).
