He’ll have to conquer his flimsy body, his brooding roommate, and his picky-eater “dungeon”—all that on top of surviving impending doom.

To Greg's frustration, the two didn't immediately head for the cave.

Xavier assumed that such a place could be the final area and that there would only be enough students to kill once the test was at its last leg.

So, they breezed through the enemies they were lucky enough to spot. Luca was practically playing Pin the Donkey as he tried spotting and killing based on his intuition. It was the skill of a well-ambushed person, and it was proving useful right now.

But what he didn't know and couldn't see were the dried-up tears of these defeated people. They were easy to find, not just because these two were skilled but because several alliances had been meaning to take them down.

They were serving themselves to these monsters who were just too happy to oblige.
