"Kyaaaa!!"
The black courser kicked its legs in the air with its rider hanging tight at its back.
"Farewell Master!!" Dan was on one knee with his hands clasped and face down. "Safe Journeys."
Lo-an nodded, hitting the reins as the courser dashed out, galloping as fast as it could. Moving through the path memories of first leaving these bastards resurfaced. 'They didn't disappoint me— good.' He mumbled with a warm smile on his face.
*GALLOP– GALLOP!
The path was straight, and though he couldn't recognize it, he trusted Dan's words to continue as it led to the main road. Trees could be seen around, stretching for miles being a habitat for beasts. Since most monsters and man didn't dwell in the same area, the titles of prey and predator would constantly be shifting between both races. Monsters were more organized than beasts, having clans and territories, as they were able to reason to an extent.
