{Chapter: 263 Natasha In William}
She stepped toward the vehicle, her black boots clicking authoritatively against the paved ground. The matte surface of the luxury car gleamed under the soft golden glow of the setting sun. With a smooth motion, Natasha opened the door and slid into the driver's seat. The leather interior was cool and supple beneath her fingers, exuding the scent of expensive craftsmanship.
Natasha settled in, adjusted the seat, and gripped the steering wheel. With a low hum, the engine roared to life. "What a nice car," she murmured, a faint smirk forming on her lips.
A smooth, baritone voice echoed through the dashboard, startling her. "It's my honor to satisfy a lady such as you."
Her expression shifted immediately, sharp and alert. She hit the brakes and veered to the side of the road, parking abruptly. Her hand instinctively reached for the door handle—but it wouldn't budge.
"Who's doing this?" she demanded.
"Natasha," the voice said casually, "hello."
Her eyes narrowed. "Who are you?" she said coldly, drawing her pistol and aiming it at the dashboard, her body tense and coiled.
"Who am I? I am this car," the voice responded, half amused.
"Don't be ridiculous. You're clearly someone controlling the vehicle remotely," she snapped. "Drop the theatrics."
"Why does no one ever believe me when I tell the truth?" the voice sighed.
"I believe something's definitely wrong with your head. You expect me to believe you're a car?" Her voice was steady, calm—but underneath, the tension was building.
"Well, if you won't believe that, then at least believe this: I brought you here for a reason. I'd actually like to have sex in the car with you."
Natasha rolled her eyes, scoffing. "You're out of your mind. Even if you were a person, I doubt you're equipped for that kind of interaction."
"You wound me," the voice replied, mockingly. "But before we get too far off-topic—let me ask you something. In Monaco, you shot me. Twice."
Her breath caught. "Wait… You? You're William?" Her grip on the gun tightened, and for a moment, her composed demeanor cracked.
"That's right. I'm William," the voice confirmed, laced with a hint of glee. "And after that charming exchange of bullets, I made a silent vow—to hunt down whoever dared to shoot me… and return the favor."
"You really haven't changed," Natasha muttered, eyes hardening. "You vanish for over six months, and now you reappear with some bizarre talking car trick. Whatever you're planning, it reeks of something underhanded."
"Conspiracy? I haven't needed such things in a long time," William replied, the voice practically grinning. "I find fists get the job done more quickly. Oh, and don't bother trying to transmit your location—SHIELD can't hear you. I've jammed every signal inside this vehicle."
She glanced at her communicator, quickly realizing the signal was indeed dead. "Tch. I miscalculated."
"I'd say so," William said smoothly. "Now, down to business. As I said before, I can either shoot you, or we can enjoy some personal time in the car. Your choice."
"You are—without exaggeration—the most depraved man alive," Natasha said, smiling bitterly. Her voice was sarcastic, but her eyes were now icy cold. "Is this your kink? Trapping women in your talking car and making creepy jokes?"
Before she could react, the Lamborghini roared to life again, accelerating at high speed.
"Where are you taking me?" she asked, voice calm but now tinged with a quiet fury.
"Where do you think?" the voice answered, amused. "Someplace quiet. Secluded. Somewhere we won't be disturbed. You see, verbal conversations with you are always so… dull. I want something more intimate."
She let out a short laugh. "Then I hope you're ready. Because I've always wondered how strong the so-called public enemy of humanity really is."
William chuckled darkly, his voice oozing with smug confidence. "You'll find out soon enough, Natasha. I promise you, I won't disappoint. You can rest assured about that." He paused, then added almost playfully, "By the way, aren't you here to find someone? A certain man named Banner?"
Natasha's eyes narrowed, a flicker of surprise flashing across her face before she quickly composed herself again. "How do you know that?"
"There's nothing I don't know," William said smoothly. "Bruce Banner. A brilliant man. Quiet. Reserved. But I hear he turns into a big, green rage monster when provoked. A rather fascinating transformation."
Natasha gave a slow nod, her voice flat. "As expected of you, William. I shouldn't be surprised you'd know even that. Yes. I'm here for the Hulk."
Without warning, Natasha gasped sharply. "Ah!" Her body jolted forward as she felt a sharp slap against her rear. She twisted angrily in the seat. "What the hell was that!?"
William let out a low, wicked laugh. "Just confirming something."
"Confirming what?"
"What your ass feels like," he said without shame. "Turns out it's… exquisite. Firm, round, and full of elasticity. Perfectly suited for certain sex positions, wouldn't you agree?" He let the implication hang in the air, no trace of decency in his tone.
Natasha gave a tight, sarcastic smile. "Really? I think I finally understand why so many people want you dead. Because right now, I want to kill you myself."
"You didn't want to kill me before?" William asked, mockingly wounded.
"No. Before, I was just following orders. Locate you, report back. Standard SHIELD protocol," she replied coldly. "But now… I want to watch you die."
"Ah, so the professional mask slips," William mused. "You're letting emotion cloud your judgment. That's not very agent-like of you."
Natasha chuckled darkly. "If it makes you feel better, it just proves how good you are at being bad. You've definitely earned the title of world-class scum."
Just then, the sound of engines roared from behind. Several black SUVs approached at high speed, flashing their lights in pursuit.
"Stop the car! Pull over!" came a voice through one of the megaphones.
"Do you know why I've been driving so leisurely, Natasha?" William asked casually as the vehicles gained on them.
Natasha's eyes flicked to the rearview mirror. "You want them to catch up… so you can kill them?"
He smiled. "Exactly. You see? We're so in sync. Perfect communication."
Natasha's tone was cold. "And you think murdering them would somehow make me feel better?"
"Think about it," William said. "It's their fault, isn't it? They didn't secure the vehicle. They let you walk right into this trap. You were captured because of their incompetence. Blame them, not me. I'm thinking about you, kill them and let you vent your anger."
"To vent my anger?" Natasha shook her head, disgusted. "Your logic is invincible in the worst possible way. You're not just strong, you're certifiably insane."
Another SUV pulled up alongside them, matching their speed.
Natasha quickly made a subtle hand signal.
The SUV swerved hard, slamming sideways into the Lamborghini in an attempt to ram it off the road.
Bang!
The impact was jarring—but the Lamborghini didn't even flinch. It was like hitting a wall of steel.
"Is that all they've got?" William mocked. "I've had tougher mosquito bites."
With a sudden growl of the engine, William veered sharply to the right, ramming into the SUV with brutal force.
CRASH!
The SUV flipped violently into the air, tumbling end over end across the asphalt before erupting in a fiery explosion.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Gunfire erupted from the remaining vehicles. Bullets sprayed toward the Lamborghini, but not a single round pierced its sleek, armored shell. Even the paint wasn't scratched. The car remained untouched, pristine.
"Still think you can escape?" William asked, amused. "I'm afraid not."
He slammed the accelerator, surging ahead by over a hundred meters in an instant.
Then, without warning, he executed a perfect drift, spinning the car around to face the oncoming vehicles.
He accelerated directly at them—head-on.
Natasha's eyes widened. "You're going to kill us both!"
"Don't worry," William replied calmly. "Nothing will happen to you."
BOOM!
The front ends of the cars collided in a thunderous crash of twisted metal and shattered glass.
