"I think the visitor's name is Jason," the caretaker told us uncertainly.
Sebastian's eyes immediately darted to me upon hearing this.
I didn't return his glance. Instead, I calmly adjusted my attire, pretending not to have heard anything. Then, with a nonchalant gesture, I said softly, "Tell him to leave."
Sebastian's mouth curved into a slight, entertained grin at my apparent indifference.
The caretaker, however, seemed worried. "He's been pounding on the door for ages. The security team already removed him, but he keeps coming back..."
"Like a persistent stray," Sebastian commented coldly, his face showing contempt.
I raised an eyebrow and turned to him. "Shall we go and see for ourselves?" I suggested with a hint of sarcasm.
Sebastian cocked his head, his voice oozing superiority. "I suppose I must. I need to ensure no one's trying to steal my wife."
