Edrick was now the proud owner of two completely subservient wives, meaning that those closest to him were now completely under his control and incapable of harbouring anything but absolute affection and reverence for him, he had seen big when first arriving into this world but had not quite imagined that the boon he would reap was going to be bursting with so much delectable juice.

Although there was much satisfaction in completely and utterly dominating Linmin and then putting the crest of domination upon his flesh, when it came to the physical satisfaction, it wasn't quite it with just one round, but considering that his now servant-wife had ended up drained from just that little interaction, he had instead satisfied himself with his wife, who was far from easily drained now.

Not to mention that Linmin had eventually come back for more… All in all, Edrick had had a lot of bedroom fun the day and night prior, now that he was awakening from incessant debauchery, it was finally time to actually look at what he had earned for himself from promoting his servant to a higher position.

Doing so whilst lying down as both of his servile partners were tightly locked onto one arm each, those two were already showing an impressive amount of teamwork, all past jealousy was forgotten now that they were both branded, only pleasing their lord mattered.

The typical stuff was listed first, when it came to money and valuables, Anoteros was doing nothing but accumulate them since the beginning for the most part, as even though Zixuan Elt was sent away like a sick dog, the little fool was still receiving ample money from his unloving family, presumably because even if disgraceful, allowing a descendant to die in misery would also bring dishonour to the family name anyways, perhaps it was even a way to show their goodwill to the outside world.

Demonstrating that even an incompetent fool like Zixuan was somewhat 'well-treated'.

But since the little idiot wouldn't even do as much as spend the money he was given, Edrick was already fairly rich to not have to pull out any of the riches he had been given for his acts of depravity.

The little things used to cleanse himself and sometimes others of all the bad stuff that could be caught from acting the way he did with filthy peasants were used rather regularly and were thus not in such high amounts as one might expect, the only ones he knew were safe to play with were the two in his bed right now as the crest allowed for him to know their health.

It was always welcome as a reward, being that it was probably the most valuable tool he had available to keep on doing reprehensible things unpunished both by the law and by diseases.

Then there were the wisps of knowledge, which ranged from general information about how power was gained in this world, and let it be known that there were many ways to do that, and intel on the script Edrick was a part of due to having the role of minor antagonist inherited from Zixuan.

Although, the bits of knowledge he was getting pertained to the storyline of the novel Xiao had been reading before being transported into this world as the protagonist of said story, so in technicality, Xiao had a much greater view of the whole plot than Edrick did at the moment.

And it was a point of concern since he might do unexpected things, although, Anoteros doubted that a random guy who read novels alone in his room would want to wait around when a woman was supposed to be falling in love with him on sight.

In any case, Edrick kept looking through the rewards, stumbling upon something new.

Lastly, there was the main boon to be gained from his branding of Linmin.

From the sound of it, this was meant to sort of upgrade people of his choosing, well, amongst those that he bedded at least.

Although the way it was worded left a little bit to interpretation, was the supposed improved taste also part of the whole 'consciously activated' schtick or was it just passive unlike the rest?

In any case, both aspects of this ability seemed rather useful.

The first part seemed to truly be about making his properties more valuable, it would probably allow for both Fanqia and Linmin to steadily improve in whatever domain as long as Edrick took care of them in the bedroom, obviously, this wasn't to be used on just anyone, although Anoteros tended to dispose of toys after usage, he also quite liked letting them live afterward, there was something very much delectable about how the experience affected his victims.

The second part might seem a bit weird at a glance, but one shouldn't fool themselves into thinking that dominating others would always be as easy as it was with Fanqia and Linmin.

The former had been naive and overly sensitive to any sort of touch from a man, under the watch of Edrick, making use of all that to mould her into his wife had been as easy as stealing candy from a stillborn baby.

Whilst the latter had been infatuated with him and incredibly loyal to the master-servant bond from even before Edrick took charge of the residence, making him submit entirely had been even easier.

For more regular and the most certainly tougher targets Anoteros would want to get his hands on, a tool allowing him to make them crave something he had was a great boon, he could already think of tactical manners of using it…
