Chapter 156 Conversation with Nick Fury

Noah was just coming out of the conference room, ready to take a look inside the base to see what Nick Fury's base was used for. Just as Noah was asking Lissandra to invade the base and obtain data from the base, a voice suddenly called Noah from behind.

Noah looked back and saw that it was Nick Fury who called him. Nick Fury was wearing a black suit, with black clothes and pants, plus his iconic black leather windbreaker. This black dress style was more solemn and serious, which made him more dignified and authoritative in the workplace.

"Hmm? Director Fury, what's the matter?" After hearing Nick Fury's voice, Noah slowed down and waited for Nick Fury to catch up.

Noah is still wearing the Project armor and has not taken it off. He is not ready to expose his identity directly. Besides, there are Skrulls here, so he has to be on guard to prevent his DNA from leaking out.

"Noah, I have something to ask you." After seeing that there was no one else around, Nick Fury directly called out Noah's name.

"Well, what's the matter?" Noah looked at Nick Fury while letting Lissandra continue the invasion.

"Regarding Hydra, have you seen anything important about Hydra in the future? If it's convenient to tell me." Nick Fury asked after walking to the side of the tall black armor.

Noah in the armor was about two meters tall, so Nick Fury needed to look up slightly when looking at Noah.

"Well, that's pretty much what I said before. There's nothing special after that." Noah said casually. This black-boiled egg wanted to get information for free again. Noah certainly wouldn't give that information to Nick Fury for free, so he just said a few perfunctorily.

"But in the future I saw before, you have actually eliminated Hydra in S.H.I.E.L.D., but the price was a bit high."

"What? So what's the price?" Nick Fury was also a little surprised after hearing what Noah said. After all, the other party told him their future ending.

"The price is the disbandment of SHIELD." After Noah said this, he found that Nick Fury had stopped. He was a little curious, so he also stopped and looked at Nick Fury.

S.H.I.E.L.D. was disbanded. After hearing this result, Nick Fury was stunned. Nick Fury began to think about why S.H.I.E.L.D. was disbanded.

This matter still shocked him a little. After all, S.H.I.E.L.D. was his hard work. After so many years of operation, he also had deep feelings for S.H.I.E.L.D. He was a little angry when he heard that there was a traitor in S.H.I.E.L.D., not to mention the disbandment of S.H.I.E.L.D.

"But the future you're talking about should be the future before you told us this information, right?" Nick Fury thought. According to the original situation, they were completely unaware that the bureau had been invaded by Hydra, which made them very passive. In the end, although they won for some reasons that Nick Fury was unclear about, S.H.I.E.L.D. was disbanded.

But the situation is different now. They learned about Hydra in advance, and the ending of the story may not happen as Noah saw.

"That's right. The moment I tell you about the future, the future is constantly changing." Noah said, but speaking of the future, he suddenly remembered something. There seems to be an organization called the Time Administration (TVA) in Marvel. They manage the timeline of the entire Marvel multiverse and follow the principle set by the Legacy Kang that only one sacred timeline is needed.

Logically speaking, he appeared in this universe and did things that changed the plot. According to the regulations of the Time Management Bureau, he is now considered a time criminal who destroyed the timeline. Why has no one from the Time Management Bureau come to arrest him until now?

Noah couldn't figure this out either. Perhaps he could ask the system later. The system might know something.

Back to the conversation with Nick Fury, after hearing Noah's response, Nick Fury's expression finally returned to normal.

"That's it, now that we know the enemy's information, the future will definitely not be the same as before. This time the initiative is in our hands." Nick Fury looked confident.

"Noah, I hope you can help us more in the back."

"Okay. By the way, when you go back, talk to Coulson and ask him to check the two people I told him about before to see if they are Hydra." Noah said to Nick Fury.

Nick Fury nodded. He knew who the two people Noah was talking about. When Coulson introduced Noah to the mission accident of his parents, he mentioned that after the mission failed and the team was almost destroyed, two team members survived and returned. At that time, Nick Fury heard Coulson say that Noah suspected that the two surviving agents were traitors. Nick Fury thought that it was just because Noah was too sad, so he took his anger out on the two agents. Now it seems that the two people may really be Hydra's people.

"I will. After I find out, I will give you an explanation." Nick Fury said, then nodded to Noah and left directly. He still had things to discuss with Talos.

"OK, I'll take a walk first." Noah continued walking forward.

"Don't walk around, there are many prohibited areas here."

"Haha, of course not." Noah said. On his visor display, the 3D model of the entire base had been completed.

Then, Noah looked at the 3D map in front of him and began to explore the base.

After leaving, Nick Fury began to look for Talos. Before the meeting started, Nick Fury remembered that Talos had some abnormal behavior. Nick Fury now needs to understand why Talos was in that situation.

After Nick Fury learned Talos' current location on the communicator, he set out to look for him. Along the way, many base staff members greeted Nick Fury, and Nick Fury nodded in response. After walking for a while, Nick Fury arrived at a lounge and pushed the door open and walked in.

Talos was the only one in the room, sitting on a chair with his eyes closed, as if he was meditating and resting. The sound of the door opening made Talos open his eyes and see Nick Fury walking in.

"What happened?" Nick Fury asked after closing the door and sitting next to Talos.

"Just now in the conference room, I suspected that the Wind Swordsman might have discovered my identity." Talos took a deep breath and looked at Nick Fury.

"What?!" Nick Fury said in surprise.

The information about the Skrulls was top secret to him, and no one else knew it except Carol. Moreover, the Skrulls' imitation ability was basically impossible to identify with current human technology.

"Yeah, if it's him, we might not be able to hide it from him." Nick Fury thought. Current human technology is not good enough, but Noah is different. He has technology that surpasses the current era and he also possesses mysterious magic. Maybe he can really see through the Skrulls' talent for transformation.

"Well, let's put it this way. I will go and discuss this with the Wind Swordsman. If I tell him about your situation, he probably won't have any thoughts about you."
