Hearing Arthur's voice, Kai was shocked because he did not think that Arthur would return.
"Kata, let me fight this big one," Kai orders, saying he will fight the goblin general. The blood is still dripping from Kai's mouth, showing how powerful the hit was that he received from the goblin.
"But my lord…" Kata speaks, but before he can complete his words, Kai interrupts.
"I know, he's stronger than me. But that's why I want to fight him. In our fight, if you think he's about to kill me, then you can kill him," Kai states, walking toward the goblin general.
"Understood, my lord. If I think you are close to death, I will kill him," Kata replies, accepting Kai's order.
"And only kill two mid goblins. Leave the other two for Arthur; they will be good for his practice," Kai says, stretching his body, moving his arms and head while walking toward the goblin general with a smile.
"Understood, my lord," Kata replies with a bit of a smile.
As Arthur looked at Kai standing beyond Kata, he saw a gigantic green goblin giant stuck against the wall. In front of Kata, some big goblins, compared to last time, were defending the big goblin. As Arthur stood near the water stream, he wondered how he could cross it to reach the other side and help Kai.
Even though Kata was visible, it meant that the current enemies were stronger than before, so Arthur prepared himself to cross the water stream.
Arthur knew he could cross the stream with one big jump. He took a few steps back and then, with speed, jumped, crossing the stream, which was four times his width. Arthur landed at the edge and started running toward Kai.
As Kai started walking toward the goblin general, the goblin general commanded the four goblins standing in front of him, raising his hand toward Kai, signaling them to attack.
Knowing how strong Kai was, the four mid-level goblins were scared. They knew they couldn't do anything against Kai, and their bodies trembled with fear. Seeing them not attacking, the goblin general grabbed one goblin by the hand and threw it toward Kai with monstrous speed.
Kai dodged the goblin general's attack swiftly. The goblin that was thrown toward him died instantly after hitting the ground due to the monstrous force.
"Now we only have three goblins," Kai says with a smile, gazing at the goblin general.
Seeing Kai dodge his attack, the goblin general looked at the remaining three goblins. Knowing what would happen if they didn't attack, the three goblins, with fearful and trembling bodies, leaped toward Kai, attacking together without any weapons in their hands.
But knowing this fight was between Kai and the goblin general, Kata leaped toward the goblins with rapid speed. He appeared in front of the three goblins. Seeing Kata's speed, the goblin general's eyes widened with shock.
As Kata appeared in front of the goblins, he placed one hand on the ground for support, moving his leg with quick speed and kicking all three goblins at once, sending them flying at immense speed. Before the goblins could hit the ground, their bodies on the verge of destruction from the impact, Kata raised his right hand toward their direction.
Targeting two of the goblins, he grabbed them from a distance without touching them, using his skill. He moved his hand, throwing the two goblins toward the back where Arthur was coming from.
The two goblins suddenly changed direction and were hurled toward Arthur. Seeing them suddenly coming his way, Arthur stopped. The goblins crashed near him. But before they hit the ground, Kata used his skill again, decreasing their fall speed and preventing major injuries.
The one remaining goblin that Kata had not grabbed crashed onto the ground, resulting in instant death. The kick was so powerful that the speed of impact caused the goblin's body to blast into pieces.
With rapid speed, the goblin general swung his double-headed axe toward Kata, who had just completed the task that Kai had given him, giving Kai a chance to fight the goblin general without any interference.
Suddenly, Kata sensed an attack from his backside. Knowing what would happen next, a smile appeared on Kata's face without him moving.
"Thud…"
Before the goblin general's attack could hit Kata, Kai crossed his hands, coating them with mana, and blocked the axe attack. In midair, the goblin general's attack was so strong that it pushed Kai toward the ground, making a small crater in the rocky surface.
Looking at the two mid-goblins just crashing in front of him, Arthur was terrified. Standing on the ground, he saw the two goblins slowly trying to stand up. Without wasting any time, Arthur ran straight toward them.
As the goblins tried to stand, still confused by what had happened, Arthur shot two web shots from his left hand—one toward the right goblin's eyes and the other toward the left goblin's eyes. The web shot successfully attached to both goblins' eyes, blinding their vision. As they struggled to remove the webs from their eyes, Arthur shot another web toward the left goblin's hand. After the web string attached to its hand, Arthur shot the same string toward the right goblin's foot.
With the single string connecting both goblins—one point on the left goblin's hand and one on the right goblin's foot—the left goblin tried to move his hand, but as the string was taut, it pulled the right goblin's foot, causing him to fall.
Coating his spiky fingers with mana, Arthur slashed the fallen goblin's head from the neck. Then, without wasting time, he dashed at rapid speed and slashed the standing goblin's front leg. Without his foot, the goblin fell to the ground again.
Arthur repeated the same attack, slashing the second fallen goblin's head with his spiky fingers.
Both goblins were dead.
Arthur stood in the middle of two headless corpses, blood pooling around him.
Overwhelmed with fear, he gasped for breath, his heart pounding faster than ever before.
"What a monster…" Kata states, one hand on the ground in a sitting position, looking at Arthur, who stands in the middle of two headless bodies, blood pooling around him.
