Yanka Dynasty

A young lady sat on a large, fancy golden throne that looked bigger compared to her. Placing her hands on the throne's sides without a serious look on her face, she gazed at the young man standing lower near the stair platform, where her throne was placed. The platform was elevated, connected to the stair platform where she was seated.

"Read the letter," she ordered in a serious voice and expression.

Hearing her words, the man slightly bowed down, accepting her command. He started reading the letter he was holding with both hands. The man was wearing armor on his hands, shoulders, and lower legs. His clothes were different from those of a soldier—he looked more like a mercenary, but with a bit of refinement in his attire.

He started reading the letter.

"Nari, we need a favor from you.

Some alliances in the South are planning to attack the Red Dungeon."

Reading this, the man suddenly stopped. His hands trembled slightly, and his heartbeat quickened. The words "attacking Red Dungeon" echoed through the hall, heard by all those seated inside.

On the throne, the young lady, whose name was Nari, received the letter sent by Mia.

Near Nari, five people stood—on her left side, a young girl and a young woman; on her right side, an old man who looked to be in his sixties, with a beard on his face. Near him, two other young men, who looked like twin brothers, wore high-class silver armor from head to toe, with swords on their waists. Upon hearing the words "attacking Red Dungeon," they were all shocked.

In the hallway, men and women sat on normal thrones according to their ranks, facing each other. They were quite numerous, filling the hall. Their attire varied—some wore luxurious, beautiful clothes, others wore high-class armor, and some dressed in simple clothes, seemingly according to their roles as ministers, lords, and generals. Their expressions ranged from shock to outright fear—hands trembling, eyes widened, and sweat dripping from their faces. Fear was evident, but a small number among them remained calm, unaffected by the terror that spread across the hall.

"THADAAA...."

Suddenly, a loud sound echoed throughout the hall and even outside.

"Who do you think made that sound? General Kato? Or Saito? Or..." one of the soldiers outside the hall, standing in a pair along the passageway, spoke while looking straight ahead without moving a muscle.

Before he could finish his sentence, the soldier standing beside him, equally motionless, replied, "Miss Saito, of course. No one is more beautiful than her. I... love... her...."

In the hallway, someone's red lips curled into a smile.

The sound that had echoed in the hall was made by an old-looking man who had tapped his foot against the floor. Unlike those who were afraid, he did this to signal for silence.

Upon hearing this, the hallway suddenly became silent.

"You may continue, Petrov," Nari commanded, looking at the man who had stopped reading after seeing 'Red Dungeon attack'.

His name was Petrov.

Hearing his queen's words, Petrov continued reading.

" "If I send Rey to stop them, you know the power balance will change. And you know what will happen if the balance shifts. Seven suggested you have people who can stop this alliance without disrupting the power balance.

So, I'm asking you for a favor—to stop this alliance from attacking the Red Dungeon.

Also, visit us someday. It's been too long since you last came. I'm teaching Rey how to cook, so when you visit, we can eat what Rey prepares."

After reading the last line, Petrov stopped. Lowering his head, he bowed in front of Nari. As he bowed, his eyes were filled with fear. Without looking up, he stepped aside, moving away from the center.

Nari noticed Petrov's fearful expression.

"Well, we can't lose this chance, right? Mia and Rey asked us for a favor. I can't wait to ask them for a return favor," Nari declared, standing in front of her throne and raising one hand in the air. Her voice echoed across the hallway.

In the hall, more than half the people wore the same fearful expression as Petrov. Some looked even worse, with sweat dripping from their faces. Shock and fear were clearly visible.

"Haa..."

Taking a deep breath, a man stood up. He looked like a soldier in his fifties, wearing high-class armor. Bowing in front of Nari, he spoke, "Yes, my queen."

"Yep, I can't wait to ask for a return favor from Rey and Mia. The world shall soon witness the power of the Yanka Dynasty again!" Nari announced, raising both arms in the air.

Hearing these words, the people who had been filled with fear and shock suddenly changed expressions. Their widened eyes no longer held fear, but happiness. Tears started emerging from their eyes. Many began crying upon hearing their queen's declaration, while others smiled. A few remained silent.

"Lan," Nari called out.

At that moment, a man in a black robe, covering his entire body and half his face masked, appeared near the stair platform in front of Nari.

"Orders, my queen," he said, lowering his head in front of her. His name was Lan.

"You know what to do, right?" Nari asked, looking at him with a smile.

"Yes, my queen. Just tell me when you need the information. I will send spies to gather it," Lan replied, already understanding what Nari wanted.

"In one week—quickly, if possible," Nari instructed.

"Understood, my queen," Lan replied.

"Also, find out why they are trying to attack the Red Dungeon," Nari added.

"Understood," Lan responded before suddenly vanishing into thin air.

Looking at the people in front of her with a smile, Nari spoke. "You may go now."

Hearing her words, everyone seated on their small thrones bowed before their queen and started walking out of the hall.

Outside the Hallway

In the passage where the two soldiers had been chatting earlier, a woman in high-class armor suddenly stopped in front of the soldier who had said, "I love Miss Saito."

The woman was beautiful, with a tall figure, big breasts, and a small waist. Her red lips curved into the same smile she had earlier in the hall.

"Tonight, you are mine. Are you okay with that?" she asked with a lustful expression, wrapping her hand around his waist and leaning closer.

The soldier's face turned red, and he started breathing heavily, unable to believe what he had just heard from Miss Saito.

"Y-Yes, Miss Saito," the soldier answered with honor.

"Let's go then," Saito replied.

She had overheard what the soldier had said earlier in the hallway. Grabbing his hand, she pulled him along and started walking.

The others walking around her smiled slightly, watching the scene unfold.

"Miss Saito, I also love you!" another soldier suddenly spoke—the one who had originally asked, "Who made that sound?"

Upon hearing his words, everyone around them froze, their eyes widening in shock.

"Haa… What?!" the soldier being pulled by Saito reacted in disbelief.

Suddenly stopping, Saito turned back, her red lips curving into a mischievous smile.

"Liar. I know you're already married," she said.

Saying this, Saito continued walking, dragging the soldier along with her.

Hearing Saito's words, the soldier's mouth dropped open in shock, realizing that his secret had been exposed.

"Shameless!"

A group of people around him suddenly began beating the soldier, knowing that he had lied for ulterior motives.
