Marionette, who seemed to be as clean as she was before running off, held Lillian's body tightly against her, staring down at her with a reserved expression.

"You have done rather well." Marionette's ruby-red eyes stared softly at Lillian—her eyes glinting with an impressed gaze.

Her body then shifted around a bit.

Lillian, who was still in a slight daze, finally broke out of it.

"What the—? Why are you carrying me—" Lillian's face was then suddenly slammed into Marionette's chest.

Marionette, who had just stomped against the ground, shot swiftly towards a crowd of fearful Dwellers, breaking through their crude formation.

Lillian accidentally let out a short, high-pitched squeak at Marionette's sudden action. (2)
