Stone Guard?

Lillian continued to ride on the Beetle, traversing through the tedious maze. She was beginning to suspect something.

She looked down and stared at the mountain of corpses the Beetle was eating—it was mainly those mossy goblins, though.

"Is it just me, or are you just going after them instead of taking me to the exit?" she asked suspiciously.

She got off and walked to the side of its face.

The Beetle then raised its blood-covered face.

Squelch. Squelch. Squelch.

It chewed, letting out wet, crunching squelches as blood dripped over its face.

Her face contorted into disgust a bit before she turned away. "Just finish quickly," she sighed.

She went over to one of the walls and sat, leaning her back against it.

She scratched the side of her head.

"What should I do then...?" she pondered before remembering a certain item she had acquired.
