Rose new and last household member

Under the bright embrace of the moon at the wee hour of the night , the Delightful Recreation Garden lay bathed in an eerie glow. Shadows stretched long across the ground, dancing under the pulsating red light that radiated from Felix's body. His form was no longer merely human, his flesh shimmered with an unnatural brilliance, his veins coursing with a fiery crimson glow, and his eyes burned like molten rubies, locked onto the enemies before him. Around him, a mist-like aura slithered through the air, curling and unfurling as if it had a will of its own.

Felix himself stood still, his breath even, yet his gaze betrayed his own disbelief. What was this? What had he become? His glowing fingers twitched at his sides as he stared at his own transformation with the same awe-stricken wonder as those surrounding him.

Dammy, standing several feet away, felt a chill crawl up his spine despite the searing heat emanating from Felix. His fingers clenched into fists as he threw a cautious glance over his shoulder at Rose, searching for answers in her wide, unblinking eyes.

"Even you're shocked?" His voice, once dripping with arrogance, now held an edge of uncertainty. "Is he not from your household?"

Rose, whose expression had been frozen in stunned silence, finally scoffed. A soft chuckle, distant yet triumphant. "Yes," she answered, her voice like the slow crackling of embers. "My new and last subordinate." A faint smile curved her lips, not just in recognition, but in something else brewing inside her, 'Pride.'

Dammy's brows furrowed, but beneath his hardened expression, doubt flickered. No matter what kind of monster Felix had become, he was still new to this power. A beast untrained. A force unrefined.

His lips barely moved as he muttered under his breath, "He's still unfamiliar with his strength." Then, louder, with all the authority he could muster: "Attack!"

With a battle cry that reeked more of desperation than courage, the remaining four vampires lunged forward. Their bodies trembled, their skin glistening with sweat, but fear would not halt them, not yet.

The first attacker took a reckless leap, his feet leaving the earth in a desperate attempt to strike Felix from above.

But Felix barely acknowledged the effort. His right hand snapped up, fast, precise, devastating. 'CRACK!'

The open-palm slap connected with the vampire's cheek like a cannon blast. The air itself seemed to shudder from the impact. His body whipped sideways, spinning violently through the air like a discarded ragdoll, crashing through one carefully arranged flower bed after another, Petals scattered like crimson rain beneath the moonlight. His fall ending in a heap of shattered petals and broken stems.

Despite their trembling limbs, the next two attackers hesitated, but fear and pride made them fools. Desperation made them bold, unwilling to retreat. With that they charged.

Felix's expression remained eerily unreadable as they closed in, and then his arms shot out.

One massive hand grasped the skull of one attacker; the other seized his companion's head in a vice-like grip.

'BAM!' A brutal collision. The two heads smashed together with bone-crunching force, the sickening sound echoing through the silent garden. Their bodies sagged like puppets with their strings cut, collapsing onto the ground in a motionless heap.

The last of Dammy's men hesitated. His breath came in uneven gasps, his hands slick with sweat. His eyes darted around, seeking some form of salvation, before they landed on a fallen tree branch nearby. Shaking fingers wrapped around the broken wood, his grip tightening as if it were a lifeline.

With a guttural cry, he lunged. The makeshift weapon whistled through the air, aimed directly at Felix's neck.

'SNAP.' The instant it made contact, the branch exploded into splinters, bursting apart like brittle glass against unyielding steel.

The attacker froze, his breath hitching. His hands trembled around the useless stump that remained. Slowly, his gaze climbed, meeting Felix's blood-red stare, a gaze devoid of mercy, empty of hesitation.

Felix tilted his head slightly, the motion slow, deliberate but sound like thunder rumbling from deep within him.

His right hand shot out, Fingers wrapped around the vampire's throat, tightening like a noose. The attacker let out a strangled gasp as his feet lifted off the ground. His fingers clawed at Felix's grip, but there was no escape.

At that moment, Dammy surged forward, his body slick with sweat, every ounce of his strength fueling his desperate charge. Perhaps it was fury. Perhaps it was fear. Or perhaps, just perhaps, he had finally realized the mistake he had made.

But Felix merely tossed the struggling vampire at him with effortless force.

Dammy instinctively skidded sideways, narrowly dodging the airborne body. The vampire sailed past him, crashing against the dirt with a groan.

But before Dammy could react, before he could even lift his gaze, a crimson blur filled his vision.

THWACK! Felix's foot slammed into his face with a force that could have shattered mountains. His body twisted, spinning through the air like a broken doll before colliding spine-first against an ornamental tree. The impact sent a deep shudder through the trunk, leaves raining down in gentle contrast to the violence of the moment.

The garden fell deathly silent. Rose moved first. A blur of cold fingers against Felix's arm, her grip hesitant yet firm. Her silver eyes swept over him, searching, for wounds, for answers, for understanding.

"Are you okay…?" Her voice was softer than before, almost breathless. "Your body… why is it so hot? No, your blood… it's boiling." Her fingers barely brushed against his skin before she pulled them away, her expression tightening. "You're supposed to be like us… cold. But this..."

Felix turned his gaze toward her, the red glow of his irises dimming just slightly. Then, he smiled.

A slow, deliberate smile. "I'm fine," he said, his voice deep, resonant, alive. "In fact…" He stretched his fingers, rolling his shoulders as if testing the limits of his newfound strength. "I feel better than ever."
