The journey of the three trucks was a really tedious one — First, those with high strength stats had to help clear away some broken down cars from the road for the truck to pass. After they got inside the academy, they had a really pumpy ride driving past the numerous zombie corpses.

Thankfully, as they were in a vehicle, they didn't have any fears of zombies coming in contact with them.

Although the sound of the truck did draw out nearby zombies, the zombies' staggering speed were too slow to catch up with them.

They finally arrived at the dorm and quickly noticed something was wrong — The door blocking the entrance had fallen and the heavy objects barricading the door were shattered in many pieces.

When Brandon and co first saw this, their first thought was that zombies had broken into the dorm when they were away. Some of them even began to mourn the death of their friends after coming to a hasty conclusion.
