Late 2001, Earth. A virus known as Infernum Plague sweeps across the globe, infecting millions. The virus doesn’t just kill—it breaks the barrier between the mortal realm and the underworld. As a result, Hellgates erupt across the world, unleashing demons onto Earth. Humanity becomes prey in a world ruled by chaos and fear.



Mehdi Cole, a 24-year-old paramedic from Malaysia. Once optimistic and full of life, Mehdi is hardened by the chaos around him. His world was shattered when his younger sister, Lily, succumbed to the Infernum Plague. Mehdi now roams the ruined city, determined to survive while holding onto his fading humanity.



While scavenging for supplies, Mehdi saves a mysterious boy named Gabriel from a pack of demons. Gabriel, who speaks in cryptic riddles, claims Mehdi has been “chosen” to lead humanity’s remnants until salvation arrives.
