As if unrequited love was not enough, Vaidehi is cursed with a dead husband, power hungry guardians and distasteful glares from the society. But, though painful, life was consistent; a calm river where she needed not to look out for monsters. But then, she is hooked and dragged—only to be thrown in the middle of a stormy sea.



Her only constant—a man with eyes more tumultuous than the wretched sea.



But as the days turn into nights, and the sky is painted darker, Vaidehi realizes maybe she sought solace from the very root of her despair.
